Cons from reviewers

  • Lack of customer-centric approach: Despite its simple user interface and functional features, DoneDone has been criticized for its lack of a customer-centric approach. Some users have reported poor customer service experiences, including issues with redeeming codes and slow response times

  • Deceptive marketing and billing practices: Some users have reported feeling deceived by DoneDone's marketing and billing practices. This includes issues with promotional pricing, overcharging, and difficulties obtaining refunds.

  • Limited notification features: While DoneDone is praised for its task management capabilities, some users have expressed a desire for more robust notification features, particularly for overdue tasks or tickets that have not been updated in a while

  • Automatic assignment of incoming issues: In DoneDone, incoming issues are automatically assigned to a specific person. This can be problematic if that person is not available, as there is no feature to claim an incoming issue

Experiencing Exceptional Online Healthcare with DoneDone

I absolutely love using DoneDone! My clinician was incredibly empathetic and supportive, making me feel at ease and completely normal. She was prompt and efficient in addressing my needs, and showed immense patience as we worked together to find the right dosage for my symptoms. Unlike my experiences with in-person doctors and mental health providers, there was no evasion or ambiguity. Even though our sessions were conducted over Zoom, I felt genuinely cared for and supported. I wholeheartedly endorse this company, if it's within your budget. It's a game-changer!

Perfect Score: 1/1 for DoneDone Software!

Amazing. A true lifesaver. I've struggled with ADD all my life, but never really addressed it. I was initially skeptical, but after hearing positive feedback from a colleague, I decided to give it a shot. Now, I can't imagine how I managed before. The past three years have been outstanding. The layout and format can be a bit awkward, but as a service, it's phenomenal. I rate it 1/1 and highly recommend it.

Ideal Solution for Our Help Desk Needs

DoneDone has worked flawlessly for our organization and we've even upgraded to DoneDone 2, which we believe will enhance our client service. It's easy to use and was perfect for Public Issues, which we used for our HelpDesk communications. However, an incoming issue can't be "claimed", it's automatically assigned to a specific person who may not be available. We chose DoneDone as it was more affordable for our needs.

      Ideal for In-house Bug Fixes

We use DoneDone to track issues in our SaaS product. Our service management team creates and assigns tickets to relevant team members, who then update the ticket status. DoneDone is perfect for our internal bug fixing process. It's user-friendly, making it easy to find issues, filter by key terms, create new issues, and communicate with team members. So far, we haven't found anything we dislike. However, we could benefit from more notifications for overdue issues or tickets that haven't been updated in a while.

Exceptional Service and Satisfaction with DoneDone

I am absolutely thrilled with DoneDone! They provided me with an incredibly professional consultation for just $2. Even though I was approved for medication, they took the extra mile to find the perfect place for me to get my prescription filled. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Getting a refill was a breeze, thanks to their efficient management. This is undoubtedly one of the best-managed companies online. Fellow buyers, you're in for a treat!

Poor Service, Felt Robbed with DoneDone

From my past experiences with various software purchases, DoneDone was the worst. It lacks a customer-centric approach. Despite its simple user interface and the few features it offers working perfectly, the customer experience was awful. We bought a lifetime membership but they denied us the right to redeem the codes that weren't included at the time of purchase. Essentially, they robbed us. I wouldn't suggest this product due to its slow development pace and lack of customer focus. I recommend looking elsewhere.

Excellent Tool for Project Communication and Monitoring

DoneDone has proven to be a valuable resource for us, showing dedication to product improvement. I value the customization options it offers to fit our organization or specific projects, without needing to modify our project discussions to suit a standard project management tool. However, searching for past projects can be challenging. I also wish there was a feature to "star" important aspects for easier future reference. We switched to DoneDone primarily for its cost, but its functionality was equally important.

An Unconventional Experience with DoneDone's Services and Promotions

I had an interesting experience with DoneDone. I decided to try their services in December, attracted by a $99 end-of-year promotion they were running. To my surprise, they charged me $2, but they also provided a virtual consultation, which was quite insightful. There was a brief period where my account was on hold for a week, but I took it as an opportunity to explore other features of the software. I had to reach out to them, and they got back to me within a reasonable time frame. They then texted me to say they couldn't assist me further and deactivated my account, which I took as a sign that they were prioritizing the quality of their services over quantity. When I emailed them about the overcharge, they responded after the new year and asked for proof of the promotion. I found this to be a fair request, as the promotion had already ended by then. I'm amazed at how such a company with such unique practices is still in operation. It's a testament to their resilience and commitment to their services.

Provider was Excellent, Service was Terrible

I rate my provider 5 stars for their good work, but the service from donedone is disappointing. They fail to relay my messages to the providers, causing delays in receiving important services. I've been a member for 8 months and it took 2 months to get a follow-up appointment. I've been trying to get a refill for my ADHD medication for the past 3 days, but my messages have been ignored. The service has been deteriorating and now I'm left without my medication. Despite paying high prices out of pocket, the level of service is unsatisfactory. I feel I would receive better help at a Medicaid free clinic. Waiting 3 days for my messages to be read is unacceptable. I'm very disappointed and advise others to consider other options. The company takes advantage of people with limited choices and charges high prices for poor service. It's also nearly impossible to reach anyone at the company outside the signup process. I found an Urgent Matters phone number that isn't even connected. The service is poor and not worth the high cost and stress. I strongly advise against signing up with them.
