      Expectations Unmet with CentraHub CRM: A Tale of Lost Orders and Unhappy Management

      We are currently not meeting our expectations with CentraHub CRM, experiencing issues like order loss that are causing dissatisfaction among our management. However, we do value its web-based feature that enables us to use it anywhere, its control over pricing and customers, and its ERP integration that minimizes office work. We selected CentraHub CRM based on its demo and switched to it hoping for improved service and customer support.

      Good Software, but Implementation Takes Time

      I am using CentraHub-CRM to manage my franchise business and estimation processes, mainly for pre-sales activities. The software is flexible and easy to use based on our process needs. We use it to create quotations and sales orders, but the calculation feature doesn't meet our expectations. The calculations only happen when we go through the cell, otherwise, they don't. I suggested that as soon as a product is selected in the quotation, the rest of the calculations should be done simultaneously, or at least when the document is saved. The vendor responded to my review and suggestion, promising to improve the sales order creation and calculation process and to update me once the changes are implemented.

      I find CentraHub CRM to be a good software overall, with its ease of use and flexibility being its main strengths. I value the ability to tailor the system to our needs and the robust admin rights that can accommodate future needs. However, I am let down by the dashboard, which I feel needs significant enhancement. It lacks many chart options that we typically use in MS Excel or Tableau for our analysis. For example, in CentraHub, if we select both Value and Quantity options, the bar chart for Quantity doesn't display correctly because both options rely on the same axis. This is unlike in Excel where we can establish two different axes for Value and Quantity. Despite this, we intend to use CentraHub for our other sales channels.

      After the implementation team completed their tasks, I noticed a lack of customer support for further customization and essential changes required for the software. This became evident during usage and analysis. The software is user-friendly and cost-effective for small and medium-sized businesses. We were promised features of Focus-9, but we are still only able to use the features of Focus-8. We opted for CentraHub CRM because we were impressed by a demo of its features when we purchased the Focus RT Software. In 2019, we transitioned to Focus-9 when we launched our first retail store in Dubai Mall. Regrettably, no one from the technical team in the UAE offices has addressed the various issues with the reports and discrepancies in the output of the existing reports. The support from the local UAE team has been very disappointing. We switched to CentraHub CRM due to the absence of VAT, the inability to apply landed cost to inventory, and the inability to capture levels of data related to sales and expenses.
