BambooHR: A Game-Changer for My Work Routine!
I am extremely satisfied with BambooHR's performance and would recommend it to anyone who could find it useful. It simplifies many aspects of my daily tasks, including hiring, onboarding, timekeeping, employee performance management, payroll, and employee pulse surveys. The software provides easy time-tracking and a mobile app that lets colleagues check their time card. It also enables company-wide announcements and stores all personnel documents in one place. New procedures requiring a signature can be pushed out after the colleague reviews them. The onboarding process is streamlined and the hiring platform is convenient, allowing for the creation of templates for scheduling phone screenings and interviews. Payroll can be processed directly in BambooHR. Attendance notes and other notes can be set to be visible or hidden. If I have a custom general ledger or another payroll report, they will create it for me, although it takes some time to sort out. I don't pay the extra fee for benefits administration through BambooHR as I already use Employee.

Great Software, Disappointing Sales Experience
While searching for HR software, I tested BambooHR, having previously used it as an employee. The software itself is good, but my experience with their Sales department was disappointing, causing me to look elsewhere. BambooHR is the only SaaS platform I've encountered that doesn't list their prices, which I suspect is because they're not competitive and possibly unsure of their own pricing structure. Despite multiple inquiries about the cost for a specific package with a certain number of employees, they continually refused to provide this information, instead insisting on a call with another representative. I find this lack of transparency in pricing frustrating.

Using BambooHR has given me a clear insight into my business's progress and potential shortcomings. The platform has added a new level of professionalism to my operations with its excellent integrations, such as notifying me when my colleagues are out of the office or have a birthday. However, I did face some challenges and found the customer support response time to be somewhat slow, but I eventually got the assistance I needed. I chose BambooHR because I found it easy to navigate even before I started using it, and a YouTube video helped me understand it better. Overall, I believe BambooHR is a fantastic platform.

I made the exciting decision to transition to a UK-based company after an unexpected data mix-up with BambooHR. It was a fascinating learning experience, as it highlighted the importance of data security and the benefits of working with a local company. The most intriguing part was when we discovered the issue at 8am, but due to the time difference, we didn't receive support until around 2pm UK time. BambooHR is an incredibly user-friendly and visually stunning software! It's so intuitive that it often feels like it's guiding me to the answers I need. The customer support team is always there to help, and they often direct me to comprehensive articles that provide in-depth solutions to my queries. I love how they take the time to fully understand my issue by asking detailed questions, ensuring they can provide the most accurate solution. I'm currently using the advantage package, which is a great value at $45 USD per month. I appreciate that they offer performance management as an additional feature, allowing me to customize my package based on my company's unique needs. One of the features I find most useful is the individual download option for employee data. It gives me the opportunity to focus on each employee's data separately, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. While extracting data might seem challenging at first, it's actually a great way to fully understand and utilize the system's capabilities. If I had known how comprehensive and customizable BambooHR is, I would have switched to this HRIS system sooner!

The only drawback is the lack of a 2-day early direct deposit, which is a disappointment for some, but it does maintain regularity.

My company utilizes BambooHR for HR tasks, which serves all employees. Although it functions adequately, the user interface is overly simplistic, resembling an early 2s blog. It lacks certain HR features, forcing us to use an additional software to compensate. As a result, we are now paying double the cost compared to when we used a competitor's software. It's nonsensical.

We were highly impressed by the simplicity and easy implementation of BambooHR. The transition was seamless for our managers and employees, positively affecting our HR processes. We found the employee goals and feedback feature extremely beneficial, leading to a significant improvement in employee satisfaction. The reporting system was particularly useful for our accounting and payroll departments. The standout feature for us was the ease of use. The employee goals and feedback system proved to be incredibly helpful. After using it for nearly a year, we have not received any complaints about the system. We switched to BambooHR as we needed a more comprehensive HR system.

Experiencing BambooHR's Commitment to Protocol and Consistency: A HR Manager's Perspective
As an HR Manager, I had the opportunity to initiate a contract with BambooHR after my HR Director made contact with them. Shortly after signing the contract and investing over $6k, we decided to reevaluate our decision before implementation. Despite this, the sales rep and implementation specialist were incredibly responsive and insisted on following the company's protocol, which required approval from my former supervisor or the company's CEO for termination. Their commitment to adhering to the rules was impressive, and they even went the extra mile to involve the VP of Global HR and the CFO in the process. As the person who executed the agreement, I was initially taken aback, but I came to appreciate their dedication to ensuring all decisions were made with the highest level of authority. Their monthly service fees were consistently charged, reflecting their reliable and systematic approach. This experience with BambooHR from December 222 and into 223 has been a learning curve for me, and I would recommend BambooHR for their commitment to protocol and consistency. I will definitely advise my colleagues and friends to consider them.

Go for it, it's a no brainer.
I believe BambooHR is the best HRM system I've ever used and I recommend it to everyone. Its user interface is exceptional and intuitive, eliminating the need for user training. I especially appreciate its performance management processes which are quick, easy, and require minimal effort. The FAQs and help guides are excellent, making it easy to find answers without needing to contact their support team. In my opinion, choosing BambooHR is a no-brainer.

I have no complaints as it has managed to keep up with administrative demands. It even includes an organigram for everyone in the company and the internal hierarchy. Even though I'm not an administrator, it helps me track my progress within the company, the benefits, and serves as a newsletter for important updates about upcoming events or courses. However, the interface seems a bit outdated, the timeline for the PTOs could be more intuitive, and the breakdown of the requests needs to be clearer as the format can be somewhat confusing.

However, I still have to manually scan and label any documents that aren't created or automated through the software, which can be annoying if employee turnover is high. I switched to BambooHR because the previous software, Tempworks, was expensive and charged for even minor customer service assistance. It was also confusing and time-consuming to manage.
