I can swiftly create a feedback survey using their well-designed templates. The builder is minimalistic yet powerful for designing feedback forms. Zonka's NPS style survey is one of the best designed in the market. I also appreciate the option for offline surveys, which can be installed on touchscreens or iPads for kiosk-based feedback collection. This is a unique feature. However, I wish Zonka could provide an online survey report result instead of the current PDF download. This would be useful if I want customers to see live results, like a poll. Overall, I'm mostly satisfied with Zonka Feedback as my customer survey tool.

      I had a great experience with Zonka Feedback's support team. Even when I was ready to quit, they continued to assist me and helped me succeed. I ran into some problems with an integration and reached out to their support. A representative named Prabhav Vatsa was extremely helpful, guiding me through every step of the process. However, I think the integration with HubSpot could use more detailed instructions. For example, it took me two weeks to figure out that I needed to select Zonka Feedback as a filter on the contact page to see their activity. I picked Zonka Feedback over SurveyMonkey because the latter doesn't offer a free trial for HubSpot integration and their customer support was unhelpful and often misinformed. They wrongly told me they didn't have a HubSpot integration and that I would need to use Zapier, which would result in additional costs. However, HubSpot confirmed that they had a direct integration and no third party like Zapier was necessary.

      I consider Zonka Feedback to be an excellent tool, especially as the LTD. It's a powerful tool for unlimited data collection. The design is intuitive and user-friendly, offering a broad selection of well-designed templates. It even includes an SMS sending feature, which I haven't tried yet, but it appears impressive. There are also many integrations available and a promising roadmap. The support team is very responsive and helpful. However, there are a few minor issues. For example, I can't change the font on the welcome screen, and when I integrate my survey results into Google Sheet, I can't see the number of questions, only the text. I chose Zonka Feedback for its price, current functionalities, and roadmap. I mainly switched to Zonka Feedback because of its cost.
