This is the best project management tool I've ever used in my 20 years of managing both large and small projects. It's highly collaborative and fosters communication. The Wimi team goes the extra mile to assist and the tool is extremely cost-effective. I value its ease of use, cross-platform capability, and the convenience of communication via chat or video. It also boasts an impressive storage system that rivals Dropbox. It's almost too simple for large corporations as it's incredibly straightforward. Contrary to the expectation that a project management tool should be complex and only usable by a few trained individuals, Wimi proves otherwise.

I needed a project management tool and Wimi fulfilled my needs. It's efficient and user-friendly. I can share documents with my team and schedule meetings using the Wimi Calendar, which is very convenient. I can also conduct chat conferences with my team. I highly recommend it for its efficiency, simplicity, good ergonomics, and ability to upload Google Drive documents. It provides excellent value for money and is available in two languages (English and French). However, some features could be improved, such as the sometimes lengthy time it takes to send messages in the chat.

I appreciate the versioning, internal sharing, and chat features of the Wimi software. I haven't used the task planning feature as it doesn't suit our work style, but it looks interesting. The document visualization and AirTime features are also notable. Although there were some bugs with document visualization, they have been resolved. I'm still exploring AirTime, but it appears promising.

Despite opening a ticket three days ago, I've received no response. Although the software is user-friendly and ergonomic, it misses some basic features and the support is poor.

Wimi is the most powerful and user-friendly digital tool I've ever used, both in my professional and personal life. Its cost is incredibly low given the high quality and vast quantity of services it offers. It feels like the "What Else" slogan was created just for it. The number of tools it provides is astounding, including up-to-date documents accessible from anywhere, tasks and projects, calendars, communication, and more. Everything is shared, secure, and customizable. Initially, the multitude of features can be overwhelming, so it's best to gradually familiarize myself with them one by one.
