Absolutely love Wave Accounting! These guys are truly professional. They took all my banking information and personal ID, and promptly got down to business. When a client made a payment, the funds were returned and I was informed that my account status has changed. They then guided me to section G in their policy that I had agreed to when creating the account. I was initially surprised when they stopped my online payments, but then I realized it was probably for a good reason. I appreciate their commitment to following their policies to the letter. It's reassuring to know that they're so thorough and transparent in their operations. I'm excited to see where my personal information will be utilized to enhance my experience with them. My experience with Wave Accounting has been outstanding and I wouldn't think of using another program. Our administrative staff has managed to use the software with minimal training. We absolutely adore it and plan to keep using it. Wave is a simple accounting program that allows us to create invoices, receive payments, view and print reports, and monitor money owed to us. We use this software for all our accounting and bookkeeping needs. It's incredibly user-friendly and its product support is superior to other accounting programs. There's nothing we dislike about this software. We chose Wave over other products due to its positive reviews and the ease of setting up our business on it. It meets all our needs and more. The main reason we switched to Wave was its cost. Other reasons include its simplicity and ease of use.

Numerous Glitches and Subpar Assistance
I've experienced several unresolved bugs with Wave Accounting and their communication is extremely poor. I've reported one particular bug numerous times over the past year, where typing in the date on the bills page crashes the entire site, but it remains unfixed. Their chat support lacks understanding of bookkeeping. Despite verifying and approving our business for Wave Payments, they abruptly canceled and blocked Payments without any explanation. I had to send them proof of our business again and after a stern message, they reinstated it, claiming they were unable to verify our business previously. This is confusing as they had initially activated Wave Payments for a year. Additionally, there are many missing reports and the accounting transactions are very limited, requiring workarounds to fix issues.

My bank stopped syncing with Wave Accounting. I reached out to their support team who informed me that this occasionally happens and should resolve itself in a few days. However, it didn't. I attempted to disconnect and reconnect, but wasn't given an option to choose how far back to sync, resulting in years of transactions being pulled in. I contacted support again and they promptly responded, instructing me to delete these transactions.

Once an invoice is paid, the money is in Wave and takes 2-3 days to transfer. For a small additional fee, you can expedite the transfer.

I absolutely love this app! I set up my account, prepared and sent an invoice, and was thrilled to be able to receive an AH payment through the Wave App. Six days later, I was surprised to find my account had been temporarily suspended due to receiving AH payments, but the $3, payment from my client was safely processed. It felt like a thrilling adventure, as a week passed and my money finally appeared in my bank account. This app is definitely not a scam, it's a lifesaver!
