However, this isn't a major issue as they aren't crucial for my business. It would be nice though, to have ZohoCRM or Connectwise integrated. As a business owner, I'm genuinely impressed by the level of professionalism and satisfaction I've experienced with the phone representatives at Vonage. I keep getting connected to international sales reps who meticulously take all my information, invest their time, and always follow up. I've had to follow up twice, and both times they asked for verification that I own a business, which is a unique security measure I've never experienced with any other vendor. I even sent over my 51c3 IRS Letter, and the rep had the diligence to question it because it was a screenshot. I eventually ended the call, feeling reassured by their thoroughness. This experience makes me appreciate the type of business they're running, and if I'm receiving this much attention before even inquiring about their product, I can't wait to see what it would be like to actually use them. Lastly, I've noticed a lot of 5-star reviews here with very similar feedback, which makes me confident in their authenticity.

Consider Other Options Before Choosing Vonage (Telesphere)
I found Vonage to be just average. I was consistently overcharged and had a terrible experience when I tried to switch my business to another provider. It's a basic VOIP software that enabled us to have remote agents with ease. In the later years, it was somewhat reliable. However, the customer support was awful. It took a long time to explain my needs. I was constantly overcharged and had to spend hours reviewing the invoice and arguing to get it corrected. The billing process was extremely complicated. It took several months to receive a credit and my account managers kept changing. I had 5 different account managers in an 18-month period and had to start from scratch with each of them regarding the overcharging issue. When I finally decided to switch to a different provider, I was told I owed a large amount for early termination. I asked them to review the entire history of overcharging, but they only go back 90 days. I eventually stopped arguing with them about the bill each month.
