Persistent Issues and Unhelpful Customer Service with OpenPhone
OpenPhone has a lot of potential with its features and user interface, but it falls short due to poor customer support and failure to deliver as promised. The core features don't function properly, with a bug in the call routing system preventing calls from reaching my team until I found a workaround. Another bug prevents us from sending SMS/MMS from our main phone number. We were not informed about this issue before porting our number into their system. Now, we're stuck with no progress for weeks.
