      I intend to use productboard for as long as my company is operational. It enables me to establish a central hub for product feedback and organize this feedback based on the product's hierarchy. This entirely objectifies what to build next, and productboard is the only product capable of doing this. It also lets me create a publicly accessible portal. However, it doesn't automatically connect my userbase and their organizations, meaning I have to manually create a new organization each time I receive feedback from a new company. The roadmapping section isn't great as it lacks a gantt view, but this feature is about to be launched. I switched to productboard because Aha was complex and confusing. We prioritized multiple views for different teams, a visual prioritization matrix, standalone objectives, a feedback library, and various integration needs. While AirFocus scored well on roadmap aspects, it lacked feedback functionality, making it a less attractive option due to the cost of standalone feedback tools.
