Great Usability and Simple Learning Curve with PandaDoc!
Overall, I appreciate the benefits of PandaDoc's secure data storage, digital signature capabilities (both multi and singular), and template options, which I find to significantly outweigh the issue of phone resizing. I value the fact that once a template is created in PandaDoc, it's easy for me to assign signature roles, adjust client information, and input custom variables. This facilitates easy customization and eliminates the need for me to rebuild everything from scratch. My main issue with PandaDoc is the inability to crop or resize photos within a frame once they've been imported. While I can resize the frame itself, I cannot do the same with the image. I switched to PandaDoc because it offers online storage, which enables our teams to work more effectively from remote locations on different computers.

Recent Software Update: A Complete Fiasco
The customer support at PandaDoc is excellent and I rate them 5 stars for their efforts to assist. However, I find their "Customer Success Team", who handle more complex issues, to be unresponsive and unhelpful, deserving of 0 stars. Over the past 2+ years, I had built a valuable content library for my business, which was a huge time-saver. Unfortunately, PandaDoc decided to delete it without any notice or opportunity for me to back it up. This has caused chaos with my quotes, which now all show the same date, 22nd May 2022. The initial version of PandaDoc was relatively user-friendly, allowing me to duplicate documents, build a library of images and commonly used sub-headings and sections, and resize images. The second version improved the creation of tables and page breaks, but was launched without any communication or notice. They deleted my content library that I had painstakingly built over 2.5 years and all my quotes were automatically affected.

Usually I Skip Reviews, But Not for PandaDoc
I usually don't complete these reviews, but I appreciate Pandadoc. However, I'm not satisfied with its speed and the glitches I encounter daily. I manage, but increased speed would improve the experience. I also wish there was a night mode to ease the strain on my eyes. Additionally, I'm not entirely pleased with your stance on certain global perspectives, but I won't delve into that.

Switching from RightSignature to PandaDoc: A Cost-Saving Move
Before the pandemic, I was spending around $600 per year on RightSignature to send approximately 4 documents per month via API to Podio. However, I reconsidered this expense during the pandemic and began exploring other options. I narrowed my choices down to SignNow and PandaDoc. When I discovered PandaDoc's free tier, I decided to make the switch and I haven't looked back. Although I lost the automation feature, the annual savings of $600 makes up for it. I simply upload the NDA and Agreements I use and duplicate them whenever I need to send a new one. The entire process takes no more than 3 minutes to set up, send, and sign. If you're a small business just starting out and in need of free e-Signing, PandaDoc is a clear winner. They offer a free tier for smaller companies to fulfill their e-signing needs. Their free tier doesn't lack any major components that would compromise the software's functionality. It works wonderfully at the incredible price of "zero".

Ignored Confidentiality Concerns with PandaDoc
I raised an issue regarding confidentiality, a key reason why I use Pandadoc, but it was ignored and not taken seriously. I was trying to understand how a third party, who was not granted access to the account, received a confidential document in cc. This happened even though the document was already fully signed and completed, and the third party was not included in the work order sequence I had set up. Instead of receiving full attention from Pandadoc, I only got one email with no explanation or resolution to the issue. I requested a log of events to trace the issue, but I received an email claiming multiple access to the account, which seems to dismiss my concern. This is a high concern for a service provider whose entire business premise is based on trust and confidentiality.
