Excellent Free-to-Use Extension
As a free and fast extension, I strongly recommend Nimbus-Note. It's user-friendly and enables easy creation of links for screenshots or video recordings for sharing. If you're looking for a free, simple, and effective tool for your work, Nimbus is it. It has almost all the features you could possibly need. I've been using Nimbus for work for several years now and it's been incredibly useful for recording videos and taking screenshots. With just one click, you get a drop-down list of all the features they offer. However, there are times when the tools get stuck and taking a proper screenshot can be difficult if there are two scrollable sections on one page. Sometimes, screenshots of scrollable pages appear cut off when uploaded. I'm not sure if these are bugs, but they can be inconvenient when dealing with a heavy workload. The vendor responded to my feedback in August 2021, expressing their commitment to improving the app based on user feedback.

Over a Year with Nimbus and Still Discovering!
I have been using Nimbus for over a year and often wonder how I managed my projects without it. I've tried other software, but find Nimbus to be excellent and user-friendly. I primarily use it to save full pages of text from my browser, rather than copying to Word. I recently upgraded to the paid version to see if there's a significant difference, but so far, I haven't found anything particularly exciting. As a free user, I found the features more than sufficient.

I am genuinely impressed with Nimbus Notes. It's clear that a lot of hard work and thought has been put into this product. While there are a few features missing that I would like for sharing my workspace, I am confident that the Nimbus Notes team is capable of taking on feedback and continuously innovating their product. I particularly appreciate features like the ability to brand my own system, create personal accounts for people, create shared workspaces, easily embed external videos into notes, and public pages. However, there are areas for improvement such as custom note templates, cloning workspaces, better shared use of workspaces so users can't change your notes, and a more intuitive onboarding process for new users. I chose Nimbus Notes because it offers the brandability I was looking for and the ability to create user accounts for all my clients. I haven't completely switched from Evernote yet, but once I can create my own note templates, I plan to do so.

It's easily accessible, adaptable, affordable, adjustable, appealing, and aesthetically pleasing. It's user-friendly, useful, and very modern. It's practical, powerful, and helps me keep my drafts organized. I prefer it over editors like MS Office and LibreOffice, which can be slow. Nimbus Web is responsive, reliable, and remarkable. It's not expensive and is stylish and detail-oriented. The word search is nearly flawless, document downloading is fast, and note ordering is easy. I can add tags, change fonts or colors, add or remove favorites, create folders, restore notes from trash, and rename them. I can create to-do lists, share things, set reminders, and upload files. I can print notes, search through them, and find things.

Quickly encountering terrible sync issues
I'm experiencing significant sync issues between devices with Nimbus Note. Edits made on one device, such as a laptop, don't promptly appear on another, like an iPad or iPhone. Sometimes, it takes hours or even overnight for the sync to occur. While the sync can be instantaneous when it works, there are too many instances when it doesn't. Moving a note to a different folder may result in it never appearing in that folder on another device. Despite its great features, this issue is a deal breaker for me.
