Hushmail is one of the best investments I've made for my practice. It's affordable and HIPAA-compliant with individual BAA, providing encrypted web forms. After a lengthy search for a HIPAA-compliant email solution, I found Hushmail to be more than satisfactory. It's user-friendly, doesn't necessitate a domain change, and is easily customizable. The only minor drawback is that customer service isn't always immediately accessible, but they do return calls. I switched to Hushmail because of its HIPAA compliance.

Recently, I've noticed an increase in the number of emails landing in my junk folder. But guess what? This has given me the opportunity to explore Hushmail's robust spam filtering and blocking features. It's amazing how quickly I can clear out hundreds of emails from my junk folder. Within 5 minutes, I can easily clean it up and start fresh. It's like a game, and I'm winning! I have been using Hushmail for many years for both personal and business email. This service is not free, but it's worth the cost as my email accounts have never been hacked and I've seen no evidence of malicious government activity. I can't guarantee things I don't know, but I've had no known breaches of my accounts. The customer service team is very helpful, though somewhat hard to reach by phone, but responsive via email. They've been so nice that they've even increased my storage beyond what was commercially available. I highly recommend this email service, especially to small businesses.

I believe Hushmail is fantastic and I have no complaints. The customer service team is extremely helpful and responds quickly. The software is very user-friendly and if something is unclear, customer support is always ready to assist. I have no dislikes about this software. I chose Hushmail as I was unaware of any other products and the representative I initially spoke with was very informative and patient in explaining how my emails would be safely transferred to their system. He assured me it would be quick and easy, and he was correct! We even communicated over the weekend, which was beneficial as that's when I have time to contemplate major decisions. I switched to Hushmail because my previous system was not confidential and HIPAA compliant.

I'm disappointed with Hushmail, a HIPAA compliant encryption service, which I feel has become money-driven. I'm using their "free" version, which they no longer offer, and I believe they're trying to push me out by falsely claiming my storage usage increases every month. I've attempted to contact their customer service twice about this issue, but received no response. It appears they prioritize subscription holders over loyal customers like me. I've had to set up an automatic reply directing my clients to contact me through other means. I chose Hushmail because I trusted their promises, but I feel let down. Although the company did reach out to me after I left feedback, my overall experience has been negative.

I am extremely satisfied with Hushmail's outstanding customer service as they respond to me promptly. I value the feature that allows me to create alias emails for various purposes and find it easy to send attachments. I also enjoy the convenience of having a mobile app. However, I find the cost slightly high and wish my return email address wasn't visible to recipients. As a marriage and family counselor in California, my emails are considered advertising and must include my full name, license type, and number, which compromises client confidentiality. The alias emails address this issue, but they don't include my website name, instead, they display Hushmail's information. Despite this, I can still maintain confidentiality when emailing established clients. Hushmail responded to my feedback, informing me that I can set up email forwarding addresses using my own domain and offered help to do so. I appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction.

I've had a positive experience with Hushmail so far, with no major problems. I value the ability to send HIPAA compliant and encrypted emails, and the option to include a form in my emails. However, I've noticed that I often have to refresh my screen when adding a contact, as the information doesn't register unless I do so. I'm not keen on the fact that others can't initiate an encrypted message to me, but I understand this may not be a Hushmail issue. I chose Hushmail over other products because it best met my needs and was more cost-effective. I also appreciated the ability to send a form in emails. I switched to Hushmail for HIPAA compliance. The vendor responded to my feedback, suggesting I use their secure contact forms to allow clients to initiate encrypted messages. They provided links to a sample form and more information about their secure forms, and offered assistance.
