I've been using Wisestamp for two years now and it's been a fantastic journey! Just a month ago, we experienced a minor hiccup with our paid version of Wisestamp. My team noticed that it wasn't functioning as smoothly as it usually does, or it was using old signatures. But hey, technology can have its off days too, right?I reached out to Wisestamp's support team and although they don't have a live chat feature, they do offer email support. Yes, it might take a day or two for them to respond, but they always do. And let's be honest, we all know how swamped customer service can get. What I appreciate is that they try their best to understand and resolve the issue. It's clear they're committed to helping their customers. I've noticed that their support hours are outside of 9pm EST, which is a bit late for some, but it's great for those who work late hours or are in different time zones.While there have been some bumps along the way, I'm still a big fan of Wisestamp. It's a paid service that offers value for money. I've been considering exploring other options, not because of dissatisfaction, but simply to see what else is out there. However, Wisestamp's commitment to resolving issues and their unique features always draw me back. It's been an interesting ride with Wisestamp and I'm excited to see where it takes us next!

I was sent around in circles for 2 weeks trying to resolve a simple issue - renewals, which is still not resolved properly. Instead of receiving efficient help, I was left without any solutions.

Appealing Templates, Yet Increasingly Redundant
I appreciate the attractive templates and the simplicity of adding social media buttons to my signature in Wisestamp. However, the number of templates is less than I anticipated. I believe I could simply copy and paste the completed template into my email app without purchasing it. I've encountered problems when trying to attach my email signature to Gmail via the Android app, which used to work but has now stopped. I'm considering discontinuing my subscription to this app soon.

Terrible Customer Support Experience!
My experience with WiseStamp was terrible and frustrating. Although the website was user-friendly and had many features, the customer service was awful. I've been waiting for a response to my email for four days now. Moreover, when I integrated the signature into my Outlook Web App settings, there were large gaps between each line, making the signature take up more space than necessary. These problems were the main reasons why I switched to another provider. I tried Exclaimer for a few hours and didn't like it. They only allowed a 150KB file size for banners, which is not enough. Their website seemed outdated, stuck in the 90's, and as a result, their signature templates were very old school.
