During this time, I've encountered a few system outages, which, although not reported on their system status page, were quickly addressed by their dedicated team. There were a few hiccups, like the system occasionally failing to run sequences, removing people from sequence, and a minor data loss. However, these issues were part of the learning curve and helped me understand the system better. Recently, I faced a challenge where the system stopped sending emails. The team, although they provided a generic answer, were always there to assist me. When I inquired further, they explained that they couldn't look back that far, which I took as an opportunity to improve my record-keeping. They even took responsibility for the first issue and offered a 2 months' credit, which I found to be a fair resolution. My account manager has been very supportive, mentioning that they are trying for another credit for the second issue, despite some internal resistance. This shows their commitment to customer satisfaction and their willingness to go the extra mile. My journey with Freshsales has been a learning experience, filled with opportunities to improve and grow. Their customer service, although sometimes generic, has always been there to support me. The expectation to pay is balanced by the comprehensive service they provide. It's quite impressive that this business was built on a ticketing system, which clearly shows their focus on customer value.
