Fiverr Workspace: A Promising Start, Then a Downhill Slide
I initially found Fiverr Workspace promising. However, after a few mistakes, I lost access to my account within days. Despite giving my username and email to Customer Service multiple times, they claimed they couldn't find my account. I even sent them a screenshot of my dashboard as proof, but they kept asking for my details. I was initially excited about Fiverr Workspace as it seemed to have everything I needed - great features, ease of use, and an unbeatable price. However, my experience quickly turned sour. My interactions with Customer Service were disappointing. Despite providing my account information multiple times and even sending screenshots of my activity, they couldn't locate my account in their system, which did not inspire confidence.

Seeking a Robust Income/Expense Tool? Try Fiverr Workspace
I initially tried out Fiverr Workspace before fully committing, as I'm usually reluctant to pay for anything. However, I was eventually convinced and am now a pro member. I started inputting data in October, which was a bit of a chore, but once I got the hang of it, I appreciated the ability to easily see my income, expenses, and profits. I particularly like being able to create invoices in advance and set reminders to send them. The software allows me to create an invoice, send it, and notifies me when the customer views it. When it's paid, And.co marks it as paid and reminds me of any outstanding balances. Setting automatic expenses is also a plus. Although entering the information can be tedious, it's worth it. I recommend starting at the beginning of the year, unlike what I did. I chose Fiverr Workspace because of its many features, which led me to become a pro member. I couldn't find any other software that wasn't overly expensive and offered the same features.

Excellent Comprehensive Tool for Artistic Freelancers
I appreciate that Fiverr Workspace includes built-in contracts, as creating a comprehensive contract that protects both parties can be difficult. I wish there was a feature that allowed me to template common services or project types, instead of having to manually set everything up each time. I chose Fiverr Workspace because it combines contracts, invoicing, time tracking, and in/out, which I really liked. If I had chosen Timely, I would have had to purchase additional products/services. I switched to Fiverr Workspace because Harvest didn't offer contract/proposal options at the time, and it didn't seem worth the price without these core features. I received a response from the vendor thanking me for my review and encouraging me to reach out anytime via the app support chat tab.

Completely Addicted to AND CO!
I've been using the free version of AND CO for several years. Initially, I was concerned when they started charging for the software, but I've found the monthly subscription to be worth it due to the numerous improvements I've noticed since I started paying. Their support team is excellent, always quick, responsive, friendly, and ready to answer all my questions. I would recommend AND CO to any freelancer who needs an accounting and project management system. It's very easy to create proposals and contracts. I have a client with a long-term contract who is very satisfied with my invoices, usually paying within 24 hours or less. The time tracking feature is a bit clumsy and the conversion of timesheets to invoices could be improved. I chose Fiverr Workspace over Freshbooks because AND CO provided everything I needed in one app. I used to use a separate project management system (Asana), but AND CO is powerful enough to handle everything and integrates well with my payment gateway (PayPal).

I've found Fiverr Workspace to be a great tool for providing a comprehensive view of our business process, from client acquisition to final invoicing, and tracking our income and expenses. It's essentially a one-stop-shop for all our needs, except for CRM. I appreciate having all the features we use in one place. I started using this program before the "Pro" feature was introduced, which was initially a bit of a shock as it meant paying for something I was used to getting for free. However, the value it provides has made it worth the investment. It offers a multitude of features, including proposals, contracts, invoicing, and accounting, making it easy to manage a project from start to finish. The only minor issue I've encountered is sometimes getting confused when switching between lists to manage different clients or projects. I chose Fiverr Workspace after seeing it promoted by others and realizing it would meet my needs. The vendor's response was encouraging, offering assistance with list management and assuring.

Overall, my experience with Fiverr Workspace has been positive and I'm pleased with my decision to switch. I was in search of a new system for my business and And.co caught my eye. I required a system that was simple yet robust, capable of tracking time, submitting proposals and contracts, and printing reports as needed. And.co met all these needs. Unlike my previous system that charged based on the number of clients, And.co offers unlimited clients at a lower cost. I'm eager to see what other enhancements they'll introduce. So far, there have been no deal-breakers. I've had to reach out to customer support a few times, but they've been quick and helpful. One suggestion I have is for them to provide an option to automatically round up tickets to the nearest quarter hour, as I bill by the quarter-hour and currently have to manually adjust the time before invoicing. I chose Fiverr Workspace because it better suited my needs. I switched from Freshbooks because they bill based on the number.

I had an excellent experience with Fiverr Workspace software. I found myself increasingly fond of it the more I used it. It greatly reduced the time I spent on mundane business tasks such as accounting and invoicing, making my processes more efficient. As a freelancer, it provided everything I needed, from proposals to time tracking and accounts. I was delighted to discover a software that offered a monthly subscription direct debit option for clients, something I struggled to find elsewhere. Initially, I used it primarily for accounting, but later began using it for sending proposals and getting contracts signed. Setting up a monthly direct debit was incredibly easy and the income was automatically added to my accounts software. Recurring monthly expenses were also automatically recorded. The customer service was outstanding. My only issue was the absence of a template proposal option in the proposals section, but I understand the team is working on it.
