Feature Suggestion: Session Tracking for Cohere

I appreciate the ease of navigation in Cohere once I'm accustomed to it. However, I find it difficult to recognize the sessions I've already viewed. It would be helpful if the sessions I've watched were greyed out, so I wouldn't have to guess which ones I've already seen.

      An App Bursting with Potential

I primarily use Cohere to observe how users interact with our product, rather than for customer support, which is its main purpose. Setting up Cohere was straightforward and the instructions were easy to follow. Initially, it was very beneficial and interesting to see how our users were using the app. However, the free version of the software offers a very limited number of sessions and as our user base has expanded, I find the application less useful since more sessions are hidden behind a paywall. As a free user, all the intriguing integrations are also behind a paywall, so I can't truly see its value until I subscribe to a paid account.

      Exploring Cohere: A User's Perspective

I use Cohere on a daily basis to share screens with customers for product onboarding. It's more convenient for me to log into Cohere than to have someone log into Google Meets or Zoom to share a page. However, Cohere doesn't feel entirely indispensable as we sometimes still use Google or Zoom when we need to view other pages. Cohere is a user-friendly page sharing program that's plug and play. However, it does have its drawbacks as it often drops out, causing the page to get stuck or even kicking me off the page entirely. I switched to Cohere because it's easier for both the customer and me to log into the page we want to see, without the hassle of sharing pages.

      Affordable, Yet Lacks Comprehensive Functionality

I primarily use Cohere software for session replay to monitor our customers' usage, identify bugs, generate new product ideas, assist with customer support tickets, and understand user behavior. I have an intern who watches about 3 hours of sessions per week and provides a weekly summary. However, she frequently encounters UX issues with the app, particularly it's unclear which sessions she has already watched, making it hard to keep track. She has to carefully note the dates to differentiate between old and new sessions. Cohere is more affordable than Fullstory and the setup was easy. I like the live session feature. However, I don't like that the screens look unrefined in the session replay after we make weekly updates to our product. I believe this is due to the application of new CSS to an old session, which gives the impression that our customers are experiencing many bugs. Sessions often get 'stuck' halfway and won't continue playing, necessitating a page refresh which exits the session.

Experiencing Cohere: Live Product Insights and Customer Assistance

I appreciate Cohere's live view of our product and its ability to assist with product flow issues. It provides a clear view of product usage and its real-time problem-solving feature is invaluable, particularly during product launch. It has simplified the process of assisting customers with issues. However, the replay feature lacks adequate filters to be truly useful. Also, the pricing seems high for the number of sessions, as we constantly run out. We would use replays more if we could filter sessions by multiple URLs visited, for instance.
