      I am currently testing Calendesk and I am impressed by the exceptional and seemingly constant support that quickly implements features. I admire the overall look, functionality, and smart features of the software. However, I feel there are not enough configuration options in many details such as monthly and weekly views, fonts, colors, field lengths, and the German language. I switched to Calendesk because there were no recurring events, the calendar was difficult to use, there was no display of start/end times, no multiple reminder and confirmation emails, the location was not transferred from service to client emails, there was no integration with Zapier for a long time, no sync of contacts, and no drag and drop calendar. I appreciate the vendor's response to my feedback and their commitment to pass my comments to the team responsible for improvements.

      If you're looking for a platform where you can easily set up your website and accept reservations and payments from clients, then Calendesk is the ideal solution. I've looked at other options, but none of them provide what Calendesk does. I found a reservation system elsewhere, but I would have had to outsource the website creation or set it up in WordPress. Another platform offered reservations and payments, but it was extremely expensive, and all profiles looked the same with no customization options. Additionally, there were many inconvenient rules set by the company. With Calendesk, I have total freedom, seamlessly integrated bookings and payments, and my website looks exactly how I want it to. There's no censorship, and all the features I need are consolidated in one place. The customer service is incredibly patient, helpful, efficient, and responsive. At this point, Calendesk fulfills all my needs, and all my feedback has been acknowledged. It's enjoyable and easy to use. The vendor responded.

However, the biggest disadvantage is the uncomfortable and non-obvious user interface. Although tech support is always available, I wish I could figure things out myself. Some issues are not even addressed in the FAQ, which is poorly written. For instance, when downloading the app and trying to access the admin area, it asks for the company ID, which is not available on the computer. After much searching, I realized it was simply the company name. I chose Calendesk because it had all the features I needed at a good price. The vendor responded to my queries promptly.
