Effortless Booking Tool for SMEs
I've had a positive experience with Catchapp-Bookings. The team is very responsive and open to suggestions for product improvement. The customization of booking links and options is excellent and it's user-friendly. It saves me a lot of time and email communication for scheduling meetings. There's not much to dislike, but they're currently working on the ability to reschedule or cancel from Google Calendar.

The company provided me with exceptional onboarding, guiding me through a brief video call and offering excellent customer service whenever I needed it. I strongly endorse CatchApp Bookings for anyone who schedules client appointments. As a nutritionist with 15-20 client appointments daily, I used to spend hours each week booking these appointments, primarily over the phone. However, since implementing CatchApp Bookings, it has not only saved me time but also positively impacted my mental state as I can now concentrate on the appointments rather than wasting time scheduling them. Now, when clients text or email me for an appointment, I simply reply with my booking link and the appointment is booked. This also applies to my social media. An added advantage is that clients receive a reminder, reducing the number of no-shows. I have nothing negative to say about this software. It's an excellent method for booking and organizing my appointments. I chose CatchApp Bookings because it's simply the best.

Using CatchApp saves me a lot of time as it eliminates at least two interactions like emails or calls each time I use it. It's more than just a scheduling app, it lets me create custom links for specific meetings, each with their own duration, title, and comment. This feature is especially useful for a power user like me. However, there's a minor issue when scheduling a Teams meeting as part of the booking - the link isn't directly clickable in the invite. It's not a big issue, but fixing it would make the experience even better. I switched to CatchApp Bookings because it's superior and more affordable. I appreciate the vendor's response to my feedback and their plan to hyperlink the MS Teams link in the Microsoft calendars.

Excellent for Time Efficiency!
I find using Catchapp Bookings very straightforward. I can easily send a link to my clients for booking, and the time slots are clear and simple to understand. However, I believe the platform's appearance could be enhanced. I also wish it was simpler to access multiple emails on the same booking or on different bookings. I would appreciate the ability to book longer time slots for larger events or full day schedules. I've run into a few problems with the Google Meet invitation linked to the event, as my clients and I receive separate links. The vendor responded to my review, stating that they are working on providing longer time slots and that there shouldn't be different Google Meet links for me and my invitees.

I'm extremely satisfied with CatchApp Bookings. The customer service, particularly from [SENSITIVE CONTENT], has been effective, professional, and always positive whenever I've encountered a problem. I value the time it saves me, the range of features it provides, and its reasonable price. However, I do have a minor issue with the reminder emails. I've had to buy additional storage to handle all the emails and manually disable all the Google Calendar reminders. I selected CatchApp Bookings because it's the best. I strongly endorse CatchApp Booking as an outstanding online appointment scheduler. It's extremely user-friendly and loaded with features that simplify my hectic life as a "Mompreneur". I've been utilizing it for several months to monitor my children's appointments, follow up with clients through SMS or email, and consolidate all my appointments in one location. The embed anywhere feature has boosted my booking efficiency by minimizing email exchanges. It also alleviates my concerns about scheduling conflicts and the SMS/email reminder and rescheduling features alleviate stress when appointments need to be altered. I also value the capability to manage multiple brands, enabling me to consolidate all my businesses in one app. So far, I've experienced no problems with this software and haven't discovered any limitations. I selected CatchApp for its customization options, including the use of my own domain for consistent branding. I switched to it because of these features and its pricing structure.

Life-Saver!
I began using Catchapp Bookings around 2 months ago. Previously, my receptionist handled most appointments by phone, and many clients would message me on Viber or WhatsApp to request appointments. I run a small Nutritionist practice with about 15 appointments daily, 6 days a week, which usually takes around 2 hours each day to schedule. However, since implementing Catchapp Bookings, I noticed an immediate time-saving effect. Now, when clients message me on Viber, I simply reply with my bookings link for them to choose a time, which they love! In the first hour, 6 clients booked appointments without needing to call me. Within a few weeks, 8% of my clients had saved my bookings link and began scheduling their own appointments. This saves me at least 1 hours weekly, allowing me to focus more on seeing clients rather than managing their schedules. Additionally, my receptionist can now dedicate more time to marketing and reaching new clients. I've added the bookings link to my Facebook page and website, and it works flawlessly. I highly recommend this to any business that needs to manage appointments!

I've been using CatchApp Bookings for a few weeks now and it's been absolutely fantastic! My clients can now book me anytime, and I've seen a significant increase in bookings weeks in advance. The transition from face-to-face appointments to video calls was seamless during lockdown, allowing me to continue seeing my clients. I've also enabled the pre-payments feature, which allows clients to pre-pay for their appointments without any commission charged by the company. This has saved me at least 2 hours each day from taking phone bookings, which has had a surprisingly positive impact on my mental health. Without the stress of scheduling client appointments, I'm booked further in advance, saving time and feeling much more relaxed between sessions. I can't recommend this enough!

Conflicting Impressions on CatchApp Bookings
When I first started using CatchApp, it was quite glitchy, especially when syncing with my calendar. However, I've seen major improvements in its functionality over the past six months, even though I'm currently unable to reset my password or log in. I value the ability to have an unlimited number of event types for the same price and it generally fulfills my needs. I do wish the embed/integration feature was more compatible with different platforms. I switched to CatchApp Bookings because it's more affordable and allows for unlimited event types.
