However, I wish they had integrated DepositPhotos for image searching. I chose AdCreative.ai because the quality of the designs it produces is unmatched compared to other tools I've tried. The vendor responded to my review, expressing their delight that their tool is saving me time and money. They informed me that while they haven't integrated DepositPhotos, they have now integrated iStock, the world's largest image library. They also offer one of the lowest pay-as-you-go prices for images online. They encouraged me to try it out and keep them updated. The process is straightforward - I simply copy, paste, and upload the artwork to my chosen platform. I also enjoy the user interface and user experience, which are both easy to understand. However, the visuals can be inconsistent, consisting of random combinations of elements that can look great, decent, or awful. Thankfully, there's a scoring system to assist in selection, but ultimately, it's down to personal preference. The vendor acknowledged the occasional inconsistency in the visuals due to the nature of AI, but assured me that as the platform and machine learning algorithm mature, improvements will be made.

I initiated a "free trial" of adcreative-ai by choosing a $21 plan. I utilized the software for three days but only succeeded in creating three subpar ads, which my clients dismissed. I concluded that the software wasn't suitable for me and disregarded it, assuming the worst-case scenario would be a $21 fee. However, they dispatched emails, which I suspect deliberately landed in my spam, notifying me that I needed to re-select my plan before the trial concluded or it would default to a $150/month plan. I perceived this as a dubious business practice. I contested the charges and secured a refund from my credit card company, supplying evidence of their emails being directed to spam and their misleading subscription practices. However, they resisted the chargebacks and prevailed. Now, I am resolved to do whatever is necessary to reclaim my money.
