      My overall experience with TapMango has been positive, but I feel there's a need for more ongoing support to achieve larger goals. I think they should be more proactive in reaching out to their existing customers/businesses, instead of waiting for us to contact them for enhanced services. The analytics provided by the software answer all my queries about who, what, when, etc. It also enables me to communicate with customers effectively and efficiently. The software is user-friendly and easy to use, although there is a learning curve. However, it's not overly complex. I value its integration with ecommerce platforms. While they do provide support once you purchase the program, it's mostly reactive rather than proactive. They don't educate or suggest ways to improve our interaction with the tool or how to expand our reach to the next levels.

      I had a great experience with TapMango and would highly recommend it as a business loyalty program. I believe it's one of the best on the market. I found it easy to reach my customers through text and email, and we even developed an app for our customers to order ahead, which was very beneficial. The TapMango team was always ready to help and responded to my questions within minutes. However, I think the app could be made more user-friendly and updated every six months to a year to keep it from becoming too "boring". We chose TapMango because some of our stores outside the US were already using it, and we wanted to see what it was all about. We switched to TapMango because our previous system lacked text messaging and an app.

      I had a decent loyalty program for my boutique, but when Tap Mango offered more features for less money, I decided to switch, even though my previous provider was cheaper. This was right before the start of our biggest shopping season. I was promised a smooth transition, but it was anything but. There were delays, a tablet that died, and other issues. I expected great customer service to compensate, but I felt like I was constantly chasing them for answers. They claimed to value family businesses like mine, but I didn't feel cared for when I had to redo my promotions because our new customer loyalty program wasn't ready. In the end, I cancelled and now I warn others to be careful with Tap Mango. I never really got what I was promised.

On the bright side, their customer service is top-notch and the software has a lot of potential. It offers a unique customer rewards program, unlike any other on the market. However, it's not user-friendly. My customers have a hard time completing their profiles, whether they sign up via text or email. The profile is only fully complete if they sign up in-store, which is confusing for online shoppers. My customers also struggle to connect to our store on the Tapmango app to view their rewards. The Facebook sharing option is ineffective, as it directs potential customers to Tapmango instead of our store, leaving them puzzled about what to do next.
