I believe great marketing starts with great software, and I think I've found mine in SurveyMonkey. It has allowed me to reach a broad audience for my consulting business and receive positive responses. I don't have a large marketing team and do most things in-house, so relying on expert software like this has been beneficial. However, the email marketing aspect didn't work well and SurveyMonkey had too many restrictions. There were many limitations on what I could send, which is why the software didn't work for me.

Although they couldn't immediately reverse the charge, they were eager to help me make the most of the account, which I found quite proactive. The product itself has its own unique features, but I must say, it's a different experience compared to Google forms which offers a lot of functionalities for free. However, SurveyMonkey has its own charm and can be a great tool depending on your needs. Their customer service was a learning experience for me and it's something I appreciate. This means I often have to reauthorize my device, even though it's the same computer. But guess what? SurveyMonkey's help desk was quick to offer a solution - they suggested accepting their cookies to avoid this. While my company's policy doesn't allow this, I appreciate SurveyMonkey's proactive approach in offering a solution. Plus, it's a testament to their commitment to user privacy and security. And let's not forget, I'm getting all these fantastic services for just over $45 annually, which is a great deal! So, while I'm navigating this new feature, I'm also excited about the potential it holds.
