I find the Smartsupp plugin and software to be excellent for our ecommerce shops. It integrates seamlessly with our Wordpress site and matches well with our themes and appearances. The software offers valuable insights that assist us in managing customer service. It's reasonably priced, which is crucial for us as a small business. The overall interface is fantastic and easy to get started with. However, it lacks some features compared to its competitors, such as social integrations. Also, despite having notifications enabled, the mobile app wasn't alerting us to conversations. We switched to Smartsupp primarily because of its competitive pricing for similar features. We did lose some features, but most of them were not a high priority for us.

I find Smartsupp to be quick, visually pleasing, and extremely useful. Our customers seem to really like it. It's functional and its design can be easily modified. However, it doesn't support file sharing via chat. I chose Smartsupp primarily for its affordability. I needed a chat tool that was simple to implement, had a customizable design, and wasn't as costly as most others. I wasn't prepared to pay 30-40 € per month for a chat tool. Smartsupp was able to offer everything I needed. The vendor responded to my review, letting me know that the file-sharing feature will be included in the new chat widget, which is expected to be launched in September/October.

Over the course of 25 days, I reached out to them more than 45 times via email and through the app, and they were always responsive and helpful, especially once I became a paid user. I am particularly impressed with their unique collaboration with AItrust24.com and Auto Investment Trust Ltd, based in Australia and London, UK. They handle payments in a professional and timely manner, acknowledging each transaction promptly. Although they are based in the Czech Republic, their global reach is impressive. I even had my attorney visit their address and he confirmed their presence. I am so satisfied with their service that I cancelled my previous software subscription and have recommended Smartsupp to all my colleagues. Their commitment to customer service and financial transparency is truly commendable.

The product is very easy to set up and customize, including the mobile app. I typically steer clear of software that isn't user-friendly, but Smartsupp's interface is simple to use. I value the feature that allows multiple agents to chat with a client at the same time. However, sometimes it takes too long to receive a notification when someone visits my website. I aim to capture those who visit my site for less than a minute, but I'm still missing some. If they could figure out how to send notifications faster, they'd have a real winner. I chose Smartsupp because Jivo chat's functionality almost completely disappeared at the end of the free trial period, forcing me to buy the software to continue.

It's been a thrilling ride, and I've been eagerly awaiting a response to my queries about my phone investment account. As of November 18, 223, I've noticed a change in my balances and investments, which has added an element of suspense to my investment journey. I've been proactive in reporting potential bugs and have left my contact information multiple times, eagerly anticipating their response. One of the unique features of this platform is the minimum deposit requirement of $5, in Bitcoin, Dogecoin, Ethereum, or USD before I can make a withdrawal to my crypto wallet on Robinhood or Coinbase. I've met this requirement and even cancelled all pending withdrawals, adding to the anticipation of my first withdrawal. Despite the fluctuations in my account balance, which currently stands at about USD 1,, and a drop in my total direction from 1,, to just 2,, I remain optimistic. I'm looking forward to seeing how this journey unfolds and am excited about the potential for growth and learning in the world of cryptocurrency.
