I track reviews and approvals through online file annotations, providing a clear audit trail of file deliveries, revision comments, and final approvals. It has streamlined and improved my oversight of all projects, allowing team members to easily transition between projects without the need for lengthy handovers or tracking old email correspondence. The software's reporting features are powerful, enabling me to create single project or large integrated campaign calendars, real-time status reports on any project, standard monthly reports on asset deliveries by project and media type, and comprehensive budget reports across all projects. All project details are stored and used for projections for annual planning on future projects. Using Screendragon has allowed me to streamline communication, have clear visibility on current project and financial status, learn from past projects, audit workflows for reviews and approvals, and be comprehensive.

The product itself is outstanding and serves as an excellent comprehensive work management tool for creative teams. In my opinion, it's the best on the market. We use it to manage our creative workflow, including creative briefs, task management, resource forecasting, and automated approval workflows for our creative assets. It has everything we need and more. I am eagerly awaiting some future updates that are set to be released over the next few months, which will make Screendragon even better. We chose Screendragon because its user experience was superior, offering all, if not more, functionality than other options. Additionally, their hands-on team and excellent support swayed us in their direction.

They patiently explain and train you on the software. My experience with Screendragon has exceeded my expectations. I love this software because it was customized to our specific needs, processes, and clients. Despite being located in Miami, Florida, and having my support team in Ireland, they are always accessible and ready to help with any new requests. The implementation time is consistently fast and effective. Although this is a customizable software and some features may not be currently available, the positive side is that they always consider these for future software improvements.

I value the ability to utilize ready-made and customizable admin tools in Screendragon, enabling process owners to modify workflows. The intuitive dashboards display work status and the report builder facilitates both standard and custom reporting. I can form teams and view team-wide work, and there's external access to the solution, permitting agencies to submit. I can track rework and resubmissions, and make annotations on both PDF and video. I also have visibility of the annotation owner and can engage in private discussions within the solution. Screendragon will create training materials and conduct training. The appearance is consistent across all workflows. However, there's no audio with an Irish accent and our solution wasn't designed for storing final versions.
