The software keeps getting better and each new feature is well-documented. Salesflare is user-friendly, customizable, and does exactly what I need. I appreciate that it's a CRM focused on sales, because without sales, there's no business. I can tailor it to fit my exact sales rhythm and easily send out an email campaign to my contacts. The email program in Salesflare is excellent, allowing me to personalize my emails and track them. However, there are a few minor downsides. I can't create a true Drip Campaign in Salesflare as it's not an email marketing software.

The email tools are excellent and, most importantly, Salesflare is very reliable and stable. It's a powerful software that can be used for a variety of small business applications as it is very small to medium business-centric. While I believe the interface could be improved and the pricing could be a bit cheaper, it does the job effectively.
