It's especially useful for customers who don't provide their email addresses, as receiving something in the mail serves as a better reminder and makes them feel valued. However, I've noticed that customers often don't check their emails and lose their rewards. I'd like their rewards to automatically appear on my POS to solve this problem. Also, adding points from the new website is cumbersome and it's hard to look up a customer, so I often switch back to the classic view. Some of the rewards certificates also don't display correctly on Rock Solid and I still have to manually add the dollar amount. After sharing my review, RepeatRewards thanked me and said their support team would contact me to discuss my concerns and offer solutions.

I also encountered some problems with Micros integration earlier this year, but after three months, we finally got it working efficiently. The vendor responded to my review and offered to have their Business Development Consultant provide information about automated email campaigns that are included at no extra cost. They also assured me that they are available for any further assistance I might need.

However, I've faced some integration issues that hinder us from fully utilizing the program, impacting its cost-effectiveness. It's especially effective with customers making larger purchases as they can see their points accumulating quickly. The program doesn't integrate well with my Point of Sale (POS) program, Paladin, forcing us to devise a workaround. We also have to manually redeem customer reward coupons through the Repeat Rewards website to comply with Wisconsin sales tax law. Moreover, it doesn't integrate with our online store hosted through WIX, leading to some frustration for customers who can't redeem their rewards when buying products through our website. I chose Repeat Rewards because, as far as I knew, it was the only program available at the time that worked with Paladin, even if only partially.
