Prezi has amazing potential with its unique functionality and features, allowing me to create standout presentations. I love it when it works, having created fantastic presentations for myself and my clients. However, it's not always reliable, often crashing, resizing, and moving images and text. If I'm in a hurry, this software isn't the best choice. Despite contacting Prezi's customer service multiple times, I've never received the help I needed. I've been promised assistance but it never arrives. As a result, I often start presentations on Prezi, only to switch to PowerPoint at the last minute due to frequent crashes. The software is also unreliable in the field, forcing me to back up every presentation with PowerPoint. It's not guaranteed to work when I'm out in the field, where I can't control the wifi or potential firewalls. However, when I'm conducting a webinar from my home, it works perfectly.

I especially value the ability to edit Prezi presentations in real time. For instance, if I make a mistake in my Prezi, I can correct it and the changes will be seen when the link is clicked. This is a major benefit over PowerPoint and Google Slides, where once you save and submit, you can't change it.However, I wish Prezi would enhance its smartphone accessibility. As smartphones get bigger and cellular data becomes more dependable, many people are using their phones for tasks like homework and office work. It would be great if we could create and edit our Prezis on our phones. An offline mode for both smartphones and computers would also be useful, allowing users to work without internet connection.

Pros: I find Prezi fairly simple to use with easy integration of images and videos from the web browser via drag and drop. The presentations are extremely attractive, a huge leap from PowerPoint, as it embodies a different philosophy. Cons: However, in longer presentations and hence bigger files, it takes too long to download images. Even when using the desktop app, one might think it will use offline synced files, but apparently not. The desktop app also consumes too much memory, so it's not very efficient and there's room for improvement.

I would give Prezi a full five-star rating if I could! Prezi has always been a fantastic tool, and with Prezi Next, it's taken a leap into the future. While it's true that I can't download my transcript directly and it's not compatible with a screen reader for the visually impaired, I'm confident that these are areas they're working on improving. As an educator, I understand the value of investment, and I'm more than willing to subscribe to such a dynamic platform. Especially during the COVID crisis, it's been a lifesaver, helping me to deliver engaging online lessons. While PowerPoint is part of the Microsoft Suite, I find Prezi's unique features and interactive design more appealing. I'm looking forward to using it more in the future!

The variety of options for creating presentations and the speed at which they can be made are some of Prezi's most valued features. Prezi revolutionizes the creation of presentations. It's user-friendly and makes embedding text, links, and images a breeze. It's amazing how someone with little to no graphic design knowledge can create a presentation with superior stylistic criteria. It also has features that make presentations very attractive. Plus, the ability to collaborate on the same presentation is a huge help.However, there could be a need for more templates for the business version. Customers are becoming more demanding and impressive visual resources are needed. But it's important to note that excessive use of these resources can overshadow the main content. The reason we switched to Prezi was because of its user-friendly interface and the variety of options it offers for creating presentations.
