As a Nutcache user, I find it suitable for my daily project management needs for my business, ulTerre, which aims to optimize social and environmental impact for organizations. The software is flexible and provides efficient, albeit limited, expense management for projects and businesses. It enables me to easily monitor project progress and my colleagues' time and expenses within a project. It's ideal for any project managing startup and for handling daily tasks. However, I feel it needs further development to incorporate more third-party apps like ASANA, Quickbooks, Zapier, etc. There are no 'iframe' codes that are user-friendly for enhancing our customer experience through website integration, resulting in more time spent on programming for businesses. The CRM could also be better or linked with many other apps. I appreciate the vendor's response acknowledging the need for more third-party integrations and their commitment to addressing it.

I've been using Nutcache for six different businesses, from education to tech, design, and web development. It's usually the first thing I install for each business. I believe customer service is vital, so I want to use the best and simplest service for easy and hassle-free payments. Nutcache, with its incredible range of functions, has become the starting point for professional development for any startup or established company. Its international functionality is fantastic. I no longer have to worry about customers missing an invoice, as I get immediate feedback. It also integrates easily with online payment gateways. I'm still exploring its new project planning capabilities, which help consolidate all business functions. It's great! I frequently use the time tracking app on my Android device. However, I would appreciate more capabilities and functions, such as the ability to adjust time on the app, not just the website, quickly construct and send an invoice or estimate, and log payments. Thanks for an amazing product!

I really value the user-friendliness of Nutcache and appreciate that the developers have added features we've requested over the years. This demonstrates their commitment to their users and I enjoy feeling like our feedback is being taken into account. I particularly like the recurring invoicing feature, as well as the ability to view a client's invoices, estimates, and activity. However, I find it challenging to provide instant quotes to clients as the software is not very responsive. It would be beneficial if this could be improved. I would also like to see a dedicated app where we can create quotes, send invoices, log payments, and view client accounts. I have received a response from the Nutcache team thanking me for my feedback and for my ongoing trust in them.

Decent Software, Questionable Business Practices
I found Nutcache to be user-friendly and functional. Initially, I used the free version of the product as advertised on their website, generating 1-3 invoices per month for my stable client base. However, the company changed the terms and I had to pay to access the functionality. I reached out to them but they were not open to discussion, even denying free access to old features, which I found dishonest. I expected a free version, even if limited, to remain as promised when I chose the solution. I then decided to create my own cloud-based solution. It doesn't have the extensive functionality, but it serves me well and there's no risk of being affected by decisions out of my control. I don't mind paying for services and I do pay for several. My issue is with companies breaking their promises. Nutcache responded to my feedback, stating that they withdrew their free version 3 years ago to focus on more comprehensive solutions. Recently, they decided to offer a free version again.

I've experienced some glitches with Nutcache, which I've reported to their team but haven't seen any resolution yet. The software is user-friendly and has a decent UI. My clients like the ability to pay online through the software. I mainly use Nutcache for invoicing, but I've had issues with pages getting stuck reloading when I hit the back button on my browser. I wish there was a feature that would alert me when a client's invoice is overdue. Even though there is an option to search for overdue invoices, it doesn't always work. I've had to manually search back 6-7 months, and even a year, to find unpaid invoices that weren't listed on the overdue page.

Even though I use Trello and Nutcache's project management features are improving, I don't see the possibility of completely replacing Trello with Nutcache yet.

I absolutely love how responsive the Nutcache team is. They quickly respond to any questions and even organize training sessions for my team whenever we want to learn more. I can't praise Nutcache enough. I've been using it for the past 4 years and it has been essential in my business growth. The time and project tracking features are priceless. I regularly run reports to assess progress and profitability. The invoicing and estimating tools are user-friendly. As a small business employing freelancers and contract workers, tracking everyone's hours is easy with Nutcache. I manage 15-20 clients and multiple projects at the same time and Nutcache simplifies this task. I am eagerly waiting for Nutcache to integrate with Quickbooks. Once that happens, it will be perfect! The AGILE BOARDS feature could use some improvement. It would be beneficial to see more details in the overview. However, I have managed to customize it to suit my needs.

I initially started using Nutcache as a free user, but when it transitioned to a paid service, I decided to stick with it and I've never regretted my decision. Every time I need to set up a new project or client, I'm amazed by how easy it is. There are always new features being added, some of which I rarely or never use, but the time tracking, client management, and invoicing features alone make this software worth it for me. As my business grows, I'm confident that Nutcache has the tools to support me.The time tracking functionality is particularly impressive: I can easily track and see the time I've spent on multiple clients/projects. Creating an invoice is effortless, whether I'm using logged time or a set amount, or a combination of both. It's easy to edit anything, and the Nutcache team is always making small improvements with each update. The software just keeps getting better.I sometimes use the time logger app on my phone.
