The onboarding process for Nextiva was straightforward, with a representative guiding me through all the features. However, I found the sales process misleading. I was told I needed multiple add-ons to sign up, which were free for the first 3 months. Now, I'm struggling to cancel these add-ons, worth over $2/month, before I get charged and I'm having trouble getting in touch with anyone for assistance.

An Ongoing Journey with Nextiva: A Tale of Mistakes and Potential
I've been using Nextiva for the past 5 months and it's been quite an interesting journey. Back in September, I decided to reduce the number of lines on my account. There was a little mix-up and instead of reducing, they added 4 more lines. So, instead of my usual 6, I've been managing 1. In November, they acknowledged the error and even refunded me for the overcharge, which was a pleasant surprise. They assured me that the issue would be resolved and I was quite impressed with their proactive approach. However, the issue is still ongoing, but I'm optimistic that it will be sorted out soon. I'm not one to leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience because I believe in Nextiva's potential to rectify this situation. I'm looking forward to seeing this issue resolved and continuing my journey with Nextiva.

Avoid This Dreadful Company at All Costs
I am extremely disappointed and regretful about my recent experience with Nextiva and its employees. It was one of the most frustrating and financially damaging experiences I've had with any service provider. As a business owner, I heavily depend on my customers being able to contact me. I needed a phone service that offered more than my mobile service provider, so I contacted Nextiva in March 2018. I was assured that Nextiva's service would work flawlessly on my Straight Talk mobile device, with no issues in porting and a smooth transition. However, after numerous issues, failed port-in attempts, and multiple service disconnections, we found out that Nextiva does not work with a Straight Talk mobile device. This resulted in a significant loss of profit for my business. It's unfortunate that Nextiva falsely advertises their service to “work with any provider on any device”. After spending several days and hours on the phone with Nextiva’s team, they ported out our number.
