I consider Mobile-Text-Alerts to be an excellent communication tool, particularly for a large and scattered workforce. The software's ability to support multiple keywords and groups makes it easy for our employees to register in either English or Spanish, allowing us to customize messages for our non-English speaking staff. I've utilized Mobile-Text-Alerts for two major projects and found it incredibly user-friendly, even for our less tech-savvy HR users. It has proven particularly effective during emergencies, such as Hurricane Harvey, when communication was difficult. Increasingly, our projects are using Mobile Text Alerts due to its efficiency and ease of use. I don't require anything else from it. The vendor responded to my feedback in February 2019, thanking me for my positive comments and expressing hope that I continue to find the text alert system useful.

As a healthcare facility with multiple locations, we struggled with communication, particularly during emergencies. A 2014 incident, where doctors arrived for work during a snowstorm when we were closed, highlighted our need for a mass communication tool. Mobile-text-alerts has been transformative for us. We now use it for a variety of purposes, from announcing the Friday shirt of the day, sending mass texts when servers are down, to wishing employees on their birthdays. It's a fantastic, user-friendly product, and I particularly appreciate the group feature that allows messages to be sent to all or selected groups of subscribers. My only issue is that I often forget how to add a subscriber to a group. The vendor has been responsive and appreciative of our feedback, and we plan to continue using this valuable product.

I find the mobile-text-alerts software very user-friendly, particularly for communicating with students. I value the phone number storage and the ability to schedule messages for future dates, which is great for sending reminders about evening activities. However, I wish I could send the same text on multiple consecutive days or on the same day every week for several weeks. I also recommend adding more member categories like boys, girls, parents, juniors, seniors, etc., to facilitate targeted messaging. After sharing my review, the vendor informed me that scheduling options are available and I can group subscribers. They also provided a tutorial on how to do this.

It was also a fantastic method for me to offer deals and generate income rapidly. I liked how simple it was for people to opt in and how quickly I could send a text alert. I chose Mobile Text Alerts over my previous service because it was more reliable and delivered texts better. The previous service was more expensive and didn't allow me to download my subscriber info. The vendor was very responsive and valued my feedback.

I am able to instantly communicate with staff all over the city using Mobile-Text-Alerts. I don't have to leave a message or rely on email, as we use this software daily. It's easy to use and extremely helpful for our staff. I believe it's one of the best investments we've made. The software is wonderful, but if I could change one thing, it would be the verification process when sending multiple texts. I have to go back and uncheck a checked name to ensure they don't receive the next text. I wish there was a small box with names that I could uncheck or a clear button for names only, not the text. Other than that, it's fantastic! The vendor responded to my feedback, thanking me for my kind words and promising to consider my suggestion. They replied in August 2018.

Scheduled Messages Consistently Delivered 3 Minutes Late
So far, I'm quite disappointed with my purchase of Mobile-Text-Alerts and regret buying a full year subscription. I wish I had chosen a month-to-month plan so I could cancel it. All my scheduled messages are sent out three minutes late, which confuses my subscribers. For example, if my message says 'join me in 5 minutes', I would have already started because the message was sent late. However, the vendor responded to my complaint, stating that the development team was able to identify and fix the issue causing the delay. They thanked me for bringing it to their attention and asked me to contact them at contact@mobile-text-alerts.com for any further questions or issues. This response was given in July 2018.

I really like using Mobile Text Alerts to send messages to my customers. It's incredibly simple to set up and get customers subscribed. Once they're on board, crafting a text is a piece of cake! The tools provided by Mobile Text Alerts for LuLaRoe retailers are excellent. The live assistant is a great help in tracking sales during live sessions. They also offer a bless registration link, loyalty rewards, giveaways, and so much more. The app makes it extremely convenient to send a text on the go. One of the best features is the roll over texts! The only downside is the price, which is a bit high unless you pay for a year upfront, making it more affordable. However, the roll over texts make the price more palatable. I switched to Mobile Text Alerts because of the roll over text feature and LuLaTools. The vendor responded positively to my feedback and offered to review my plan if I wanted.
