I accidentally let my 'free' trial lapse and was charged, but I quickly filled out a support ticket. To my delight, they granted me a refund on the very next work day. So, while I can't speak for everyone, I can confidently say that if you find yourself in a similar situation, there's absolutely no need to worry! Lucidchart really came through for me!

It seems like the developers have thought of everything and genuinely listen to their users. I also like that I don't feel trapped in the software, as I can easily export my projects to similar platforms like Visio. However, learning some features can take time and the documentation and tool tips could be better. The licensing model could also be more accommodating for small businesses or those who only use it as backup software. I switched to Lucidchart because of its additional features.
