I don't have to do anything, the transcripts are sent to me via email. The representatives help potential customers who visit when we are closed. The leads are quality interactions with interested prospects. The representatives can learn different responses to questions if we aren't happy with any transcript responses. There aren't many problems, it works as advertised. However, the window pops up on every page, and I have to close it each time I search for things on the site. Some prospects use it to connect with management for personal chats or to ask for information not related to sales. The vendor responded to my feedback in June 2018, thanking me.

It's simple to set up and use, and they collaborated with me to make sure I'm setting the right tone with my customers. The pricing is also fair. However, in my particular business, it's preferable if one person leads the project to ensure the alerts are directed correctly, as our departments are somewhat complex and the boundaries are unclear. That individual needs to stay on top of the alerts. The vendor responded positively and wished my name and company info were displayed on Capterra. They responded in June 2018.

As a customer, I view the "chats" on livementor as an extension of their sales team. Sometimes, I even visit the store looking for the chat agent. The software is user-friendly and flexible. Bots can't provide the same feel and service. Human interactions provide a better avenue for trust, making the sales process easier. Aesthetically, I wish the replies I receive were formatted in a more eye-friendly way. Currently, they are all listed and could be formatted more compactly. They can assist in finding a vehicle on our site or direct a customer to the appropriate page to fill out a request form. We've been extremely pleased with the service! The integration with our website was seamless. It looks as though it's been there from the beginning, and the customer response time is exceptional. Initially, we had to give some extra guidance to our chat agents to ensure they were communicating properly and not exceeding their roles. Everything has been amazing since then! The vendor expressed appreciation for the positive feedback in April 2021.
