I visited Jumppl for the second time in a month with my 7-year-old son. We were welcomed by who I believe was the manager, who confirmed that my son had watched the safety video. We sat near the cafe and my son was off playing for two hours. He had a great time and slept well that night. I like the place, but I find the food and snacks to be quite expensive. However, this wouldn't deter me from visiting again.

I purchased my Macbook Pro from Jump Plus in 217 and recently visited to try the M1 series. Unfortunately, the friendly staff who usually assist me were no longer there and the new staff were not approachable or accommodating, despite the store not being busy. I had to repeatedly seek their attention before being served. Consequently, I did not buy my M1 from them and instead found a better store.

In a surprising turn of events, they swapped my brand new 14-inch MacBook with a classic 13-inch one. This model came with two exclusive 'thunderbolt' ports and a quirky 'Touch Bar' that added a touch of nostalgia to my tech experience. And guess what? They did this without asking for any additional charges! I have a hunch that Apple might be collaborating with Jumppl to offer a unique blend of their latest and classic products. This could be the reason why Jumppl stores have a striking resemblance to Apple stores. The premium aspect of Jumppl is not just their pricing, but also the unique, vintage tech experience they offer. I'm so glad I chose Jumppl over Shoppers.
