I've had the pleasure of using the software, Intervals, and found it to be a fantastic tool, particularly for those based in America. The exchange feature is a unique aspect that we've had the opportunity to explore multiple times. It's been an interesting journey, even though we've had a couple of hiccups with our Marriott deposits. What's really intriguing is the way some resorts aren't available for exchange, but they do pop up for Getaways. It's a clever way to introduce us to new options that we might not have considered otherwise, even though it does require an additional purchase. I would highly recommend giving this software a try, but as with any investment, it's always wise to consider your options carefully. It's been a learning experience for us, and I'm sure it will be for you too!

Excellent Choice for Project Management and Time Tracking!
I am confident that I made the right choice with Intervals, and it's worth the price! It provides easy time tracking and the Gantt charts are handy for swapping task dates. I've noticed that Intervals offers a superior user interface experience. There are some issues with the reporting tools, but the support team usually fixes them within a day or two. However, the resource allocation report doesn't function at all. I chose Intervals because it had everything I needed in one place, like a one-stop solution. The vendor responded to my review, appreciated my feedback, and advised me to submit a bug report for the non-working resource allocation report so their support team can troubleshoot and hopefully resolve the issue. They responded in November 2020.

I appreciate how Intervals has enabled us to shift from paper-based timesheets to weekly tracking. It's very user-friendly and it's almost impossible to make a mistake that could disrupt the system. It effectively captures and tracks time. However, I feel it lacks a feature that allows us to assign staff to a home project or business unit. This would greatly benefit our business if we could see the home business unit (like HR, Finance, Marketing etc.) that the person belongs to when running a time entry report, in addition to seeing the project the hours have been billed to. It would also be useful if we could duplicate a previous week's timesheet for re-entry in the current or future weeks, instead of having to upload it as a template or enter time using the 'add multiple time entries' option.

I find the Intervals tool to be excellent for managing tasks across different sites globally, tracking time, and invoicing for time billed on an hourly basis. However, since we also sell software, we've encountered some issues in reflecting invoices for software sales in the system. We're eagerly awaiting features for request tracking, estimating, and resource planning that are as intuitive and simple as the existing features. I must commend the fantastic customer support from Intervals and I rate the existing features highly. The tool provides straightforward task and time management in a user-friendly, web-based format. It's intuitive and not overloaded with features, a common issue with many tools. The reporting is satisfactory and the customer support is exceptional. We would greatly appreciate a simple front-end for customer inquiries, estimating, and resource planning with the same straightforward interface. The invoicing feature should be able to distinguish non-labor invoices from labor reporting. Currently, payments made on non-labor items seem to be mixed in.

Despite some minor concerns about the property's condition, the AC not working perfectly, the pool needing a bit more cleaning, and the slightly early closing times, Linda was incredibly understanding. When I expressed that the timeshare might not be the perfect fit for me, she was respectful and professional. Although I didn't receive the snorkeling passes I was promised, I appreciated her honesty and the time she took to explain everything to me. I'm still considering my options, but the experience with Linda was definitely a positive one!

Over the past two decades, my office has shifted from Excel-based time reports to several other systems, all of which were mediocre but functional. Then we found Intervals, a breath of fresh air. It's a user-friendly, logically structured system with dependable support. My entire firm has been using it for over five years and it has developed nicely during this period. The company behind it appears to be managed by good people. I've recommended it to several other firms who have also been satisfied with it. We've been using Intervals for over five years and it's been extremely reliable. We've had no disasters or data corruption. The system is very logical and time entry is simple, making it much easier to track billable time across our 30-person team. The ability to export any report to Excel, PDF, etc. is fantastic. The support is excellent, although we rarely need it due to the system's simplicity. The developers have done a great job.

I am absolutely thrilled with the unique layout of the Oceanside 99 condominiums managed by Intervals! The second bedroom has a charmingly quirky feature where the bed is positioned close to the closet, adding a fun and adventurous element to my stay. When I brought up this interesting design choice, the management team was quick to offer a creative solution - to climb over the bed for a bit of an adventure every time I needed to access the closet. I also had a lightbulb moment and suggested moving the chest of drawers between the beds to the empty wall opposite. This would bring the beds closer together and provide easy access to the closet. However, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Intervals has a policy in place to maintain the original layout of the rooms, ensuring consistency for all guests. They even have a small fee of 15 USD to discourage furniture rearrangement, which I think is a great way to preserve the unique charm of each room. Over the years, I've noticed a fascinating evolution in the accommodations provided by Intervals. The pristine, cookie-cutter places have made way for more character-filled, vintage, and eclectic options. It's like stepping back in time, and I absolutely love it! I found it amusing when they considered my desire to hang my clothes as a unique request. It's like they're encouraging me to embrace the vacation spirit and live out of a suitcase for a week. I can't help but imagine the CEO's wife joining in on this fun adventure, clambering over a bed to hang up her clothes. What a hoot! Overall, my experience with Intervals has been nothing short of exciting and memorable. I can't wait to see what other unique features they have in store for me in the future!

I believe Interval is the best. I think those who are complaining are expecting to get everything for free. You can set up a request, research the resorts you want to visit, and choose the best one. I think those who had a bad experience are at fault because they chose and booked without doing proper research. Overall, I think it's a great company.

As an active user of Intervals, I find that it has several shortcomings. Integrating it with our other systems is difficult and other products on the market are beginning to offer more appealing features. While we're not planning to switch platforms soon, we might be attracted to other platforms in the future due to their features. A particular problem is the integration with our accounting software, Saasu. Although invoicing within Intervals is decent, it's not an accounting tool. There are many features that would be beneficial, such as adding tags to all levels for better task or project identification. The reporting feature is subpar and we often have to export data and use other services for our reports. New features are not frequently added, which makes me question if this service is more of a cash cow for the company rather than an actively developed service. From the get-go, they were very upfront about the benefits of their service, which was quite refreshing. We've had a mix of experiences with them, some of which were not as smooth as we'd hoped, particularly when it came to finding our desired vacation spots. Recently, we had an interesting encounter with Interval. We had booked a trip to an island resort through them, after doing our due diligence to ensure it could cater to my wife's medical needs. However, when we realized another resort could better accommodate her, we reached out to Interval International for assistance with the exchange. While they initially informed us that the exchange wasn't possible, the island resort was understanding and cancelled our reservation without any issues. This hiccup led us to contact our bank, and as a result, our prepaid account was locked for 3 years. This experience, though challenging, was a learning curve for us. It reminded us that while everything may seem smooth sailing at first, there can be bumps along the way. But that's just part of the journey, isn't it? Interval takes your prepaid membership money upfront, which means you have the freedom to plan your vacations without worrying about payments later on. As a timeshare owner, I've come to realize that there are many companies out there, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. After 2+ years, we've decided to explore other options, not because Interval is a bad service, but because we believe in trying new things. We're excited about what the future holds and are looking forward to our next adventure!
