List cleaning takes 48 hours, so planning ahead is necessary, but I appreciate the thoroughness over speed.

While the service generally functions, there have been multiple instances where the tool failed, yet I was still charged credits. I had to request for these credits to be refunded, which they were, but I believe they should be automatically refunded if the service fails. I'm concerned that the service may no longer be active, as their website still displays a copyright date of 221, and crucially, the links for Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and GDPR are not functioning. This is quite alarming. I brought this up with the only person who seems to manage the live chat, and was assured it would be fixed immediately. However, a week has passed and the links are still not working.
