      5 Stars - I've tried many chat software, but Customerly surpasses them all significantly. This software has transformed my approach to customer support. The days of using bulky software with loud notifications for incoming chats are over. Now, I'm welcomed by a smooth interface that lets me view essential lead information, establish Tags and Events for email marketing funnels, and manage customer chats in a stylish web panel. Its user-friendliness is top-notch in the industry, and for such a young company, it's an encouraging beginning. I don't have any major issues with this software. It's crucial to remember that they are a new company, and like all new companies and people, they make errors, learn, and develop. There have been instances when the UI or a feature wasn't as refined as a larger competitor, but Luca and his team regularly send emails to keep me informed about what's going on and how to provide even more value to my clients.

      Firstly, I find that Customerly does exactly what it's supposed to do. Its live chat feature is excellent, offering a lot of customization options and it's easy to install and use. It also provides a multitude of great features that other companies usually charge a premium for. As someone involved in an early-stage startup, I believe it's hard to find better value for money than Customerly, while also having access to premium features that big companies use to engage their leads and customers. There are a few small features missing, like adding buttons to outbound chats and better templates to get started, but these are minor compared to the overall value. I switched to Customerly because the installation was extremely easy, like the 1-click SSL install for the help desk subdomain, and it's much cheaper overall for more features than most other options. I appreciate the vendor's response and thank them for their kind words.

      I switched from Intercom to Customerly mainly to cut costs. However, I'm thinking of moving on due to the same issues I had with Intercom. The quality of the software doesn't compare to other major competitors in terms of bugs and issues, but it does offer a broad range of features. I've been using the software since early 2017 and have witnessed its evolution from being free to various changes in pricing and plans. I'm frustrated with the constant changes in plans and costs. I feel like I'm part of the customer base that's keeping Customerly going, and I'm tired of the constant and absurd changes in plans and costs. The vendor responded to my concerns by saying they've updated their pricing based on client feedback and believe their plans are still competitive. They also pointed out that when I wanted to send a newsletter to 5K people, I was managing 6.2K contacts that required an upgrade.
