      Exploring Coosto: A One-Stop Solution for Social Media Management

      I find Coosto extremely convenient as it allows me to handle almost all aspects of social media from one place. I no longer need to log into each account individually, plan posts, or engage. The main benefits for us are the ability to easily schedule posts, especially since we manage multiple accounts and it can be challenging to keep track. Engaging from Coosto is also straightforward, eliminating the need to log into all accounts. However, I find it inconvenient that I can't schedule stories or reels. I understand this is due to platform restrictions, but it would be a significant improvement for us, especially as these platforms continue to add new features. I switched to Coosto because I noticed that certain posts scheduled on Later were not being posted. Overall, I am generally satisfied with Coosto. As for the new features of social platforms, we will incorporate them as soon as we gain access.

      The Dutch-Flemish Bible Society is a satisfied user of Coosto! Scheduling all our social media channels is very easy, and responding is also easily managed with Coosto. The monthly reports can be customized to our own preferences and provide a lot of insight. And if you have any questions, someone is always ready and quick to help! The only downside is that the app doesn't always work to our liking, so we do almost everything online.

      Superior Webcare Tool: Coosto

      I find Coosto to be a pleasant tool. It operates quickly and everything is self-explanatory. I appreciate the increasing number of features it offers. I can add numerous streams and it's great that the tool can automatically label messages. It also handles high traffic efficiently. However, it's a drawback that not all social media platforms can be linked to this tool, which can sometimes be inconvenient. Also, I can't see my responses to people, so I have to check the completed messages for this. If there are thousands of messages, this can be quite time-consuming. It's also unfortunate that I can't switch accounts. I switched to Coosto because of the customer's preference for its ease of use.

      Coosto is great for our socials!

      Coosto is very useful for our social media, as it allows us to see at a glance what is coming in on different channels. Additionally, we can prepare and schedule content, and immediately answer questions from potential customers. The only downside is that we cannot schedule multiple Instagram posts in one day. We can prepare them, but we still have to manually click to post at the time we want to post them. We can only set it to receive a notification at the time we want to post.

      I have been using Coosto for over a year now and I am very satisfied with it. Linking, managing, and adding sub-projects is quick and easy. If I ever encounter any issues, Coosto's customer service is excellent and they respond promptly, allowing me to continue my work. I appreciate how well organized the system is. Coosto's applications are constantly evolving, with weekly updates improving its functionalities. One feature I hope to see in the future is the ability to automatically post multiple images on LinkedIn. A first step could be to post multiple images via a notification, similar to how it's currently done on Instagram. I am hopeful that this feature will be added soon. The vendor responded positively and hinted that this functionality might be introduced soon. As of the update on February 2, 2022, the requested feature has been added to Coosto!

The vendor responded positively to my feedback in January 2022, expressing gratitude for my positive comments and appreciation for my suggestions for new features in Coosto. They assured me they would consider my suggestions.

      All messages and reviews are combined in one portal, Coosto, saving me from having to manage separate channels. I can keep Coosto open all day and quickly check for new messages. I can also filter to see messages that mention the company name, even if we're not tagged. It's very convenient. However, sometimes Coosto partially disconnects our link with Facebook, causing some Instagram channels in Coosto to not display correctly. I then have to refresh it, but afterwards it works fine again.

      I have a comprehensive view of my work in one tool thanks to Coosto. The support is excellent. Although it's not the cheapest product on the market, it's worth the investment. At Webmastery, we're big fans of Coosto. We utilize all the tools: from listening to publishing and engaging. We use the post optimizer in the publishing section (which costs extra). We also use the handy alerts in the listening section, which are faster than Google alerts. This is crucial for things like viewing tips. Sometimes, we opt to use the publishing section of the platforms themselves, as social media platforms do not provide all functions. For instance, tagging on LinkedIn and videos via Instagram lack features. Also, with engagement, certain messages cannot be loaded: for example, comments in Facebook groups and mentions on LinkedIn. So, we have to do this manually. These features are not available to Coosto's competitors either. We chose Coosto because of the listening section (searching).
