Unbearably Buggy: Once Great, Now Unusable
The Vaizle software was excellent until about a year ago. Now, every time I try to run reports that include Facebook, I have to reload the profiles and sync the brand's Facebook page, otherwise, it doesn't return any data. This also happens randomly with other brands. Instead of automating reporting and freeing up my team for other tasks, we have to create new reports every month as if we just started using Vaizle. This process takes four times longer than expected, wasting our valuable time and resources. Even when I contact support, and they respond within a day saying it's fixed "for that brand", the issue repeats every time I run a report. I used to love this product, but now it's unusable and we are switching to a competitor due to its rapid decline in reliability and ease of use. The software's reliability is extremely poor. It's supposed to automate the reporting process, but due to its bugs, it takes much longer than it should.

I managed to impress a client with a report I made using Vaizle. The tool is also fantastic for competitor analysis and enhancing social profiles. It's a real time-saver and easy to set up. However, I was let down by how quickly I reached the 25 profile limit. For an agency, a larger plan would be required. Despite this, I see a lot of potential in this new product, particularly in the "Smart Insights" section. The vendor responded to my review, promising to introduce agency plans with more profiles and multiple-user logins soon.

I use several reporting apps, but none of them effectively report on Instagram. Vaizle has resolved this problem for me, now enabling easy, board-level reporting on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. It also offers in-depth and actionable insights for social media teams. Vaizle has combined the reporting and analytics of my clients' main social profiles into one location. However, there is no scheduled reporting feature, so all reporting must be done manually. Despite this, it is still quick to accomplish, so it's not a major drawback. The vendor has responded, thanking me for the review and informing me that scheduled reporting is in the works, to be developed after Facebook Ads analytics.
