The product is Bulgarian, so everyone has a strong accent and the support is based in Europe, so the time difference needs to be considered. The vendor acknowledged my feedback, admitting that Clock PMS was initially developed for traditional high-category hotels rather than shared-type accommodation properties. They are currently working on adapting the functionality to better suit properties of this type.
