It felt like they were more focused on selling their product than understanding my needs. I would advise others to discuss their use case with the support team before making a purchase. I also encountered problems with not receiving SMS for verification, and not receiving calls for verification from Google Voices, Gmail, Google Adwords, and Upwork. I would recommend getting all responses via email as evidence for potential refunds, as they seemed hesitant to refund my money. Their automated mailer was also intrusive, even during calls with them. I switched to CallHippo because they offered SMS verification and phone calls from Google Voices, Gmail, Google Adwords, and Upwork. However, they were unable to find my information in their data tools when I voiced my concerns.

      My overall experience with CallHippo has been dreadful. The customer support is terrible, it feels like the agents never have access to my system information. They keep guiding me through the same troubleshooting process without understanding their own system. For example, they couldn't advise me to use forced call tagging when I was unable to add call tags after a call. This may seem minor, but it's frustrating and results in a poor user experience. On the bright side, the software does integrate with other features and provides good, high-quality transcriptions of calls. However, the appalling customer service overshadows these benefits. They keep giving me the runaround, promising to cancel a feature and then not doing it. When I ask for a refund for the cancelled service, they take me in circles again. I chose CallHippo because it seemed cheaper, but it's not. I switched to CallHippo because my previous provider stopped supporting outbound calls from Australia. They were great.
