I value its user-friendliness and its API sync with woodpecker.co, which lets me upload and clean a list directly. However, switching between different company accounts on woodpecker requires reconnecting with a new API token. I moved to Bouncer because I lacked the native woodpecker integration, which meant I had to upload a list twice - a real time-waster!

I've had a great experience with Bouncer. I've faced no major issues and their website is easy to use. Tasks like importing and exporting CSV files, understanding reports, using API connections, and understanding billing and credits are all simple. It's also cost-effective. The only minor problem is that I sometimes struggle to access Bouncer from a computer other than my primary one due to its unique domain name: app.usebouncer.com. I chose Bouncer because of its affordability and my past negative experience with ZeroBounce.

I use Social Wifi for sending email invitations and other direct marketing in real time. However, I often encounter issues with Wi-Fi users mistyping their emails or providing fake ones, which can lead to hard bounces and damage to our domain reputation. Bouncer has been a lifesaver for us, offering real-time email deliverability checks for our social Wi-Fi platform. This has helped eliminate hard bounces and the risk of damaging our domain reputation. Although the user experience is a bit raw, their excellent and immediate support compensates for it. I've used their bulk clean-up feature, which works well. They also have native integrations with MailChimp and a few others. I'm eagerly waiting for their integration with SendinBlue. Their support is top-notch and personalized, even offering a video call to help me set up their API. I chose Bouncer because it's the only one that offers real-time, on-the-fly email deliverability. The Bouncer team has been very responsive.
