Now, there's another bug that changes the URL every time an existing product is added to a new category, which is disastrous for SEO. My site is now filled with 44 errors. BigCommerce is extremely slow in fixing these fundamental issues. There's no visibility of tickets or their progress, and account managers just report that there's no progress, seemingly indifferent.       Great Admin UI, Customer Experience, but Bug Fixes Lacking in BigCommerce

      I find the software reliable for our customers and its admin UI is user-friendly. However, we've been struggling with unresolved technical issues for over a year, such as sporadic HTTP status 500 errors from their backend APIs. Despite these frequent errors, they claim they can't see them in their backend logs and ask us to send examples. Their Stripe integration doesn't include the email address field when sending payment requests, so our customers don't receive a credit card receipt from Stripe. When we asked for a change, they suggested we switch to Authorize or Brain Tree, which felt like they were discouraging the use of Stripe. Their built-in receipt system doesn't allow us to include the last 4 digits of the credit card in the receipt, causing inconvenience for our customers and support team. Despite these issues, I find the software highly customizable, with most e-commerce features and well-documented APIs. However, simple solutions to known problems often get lost in their support bureaucracy. Their logging is also an issue.
