      I wholeheartedly recommend BigChange! The software is incredibly comprehensive, offering a robust tracking system that is truly ahead of its time. The sales team was incredibly proactive, always ready to set up demonstration meetings to ensure we fully understood the capabilities of the system. We finally agreed to a demo and were blown away by the system's potential. It's true, the amount of data it can handle is vast, but that's a testament to its power and capacity. After the demo, we were encouraged to sign a contract, which we did with great anticipation. We took our time setting up the system due to our busy schedule, but when we finally did, it was worth the wait. When we considered cancelling the contract due to our initial delay, BigChange stood by their agreement, reinforcing their commitment to their product and customers. I can honestly say it's one of the most comprehensive software I've ever used. The support is specialized, and they encourage the customer to fully understand and utilize the system. Yes, it does require a significant amount of data input, but that's because it's designed to handle complex operations. We've had several staff members try the software, and everyone agrees - it's impressively powerful!

      My experience with BigChange, starting from our initial meeting at the NEC show in Birmingham in 2022, through the onboarding process, and the constant availability of the Roadcrew support, has been unmatched. After dealing with a previous software system that provided no support, it's been a breath of fresh air to have a team always on standby to answer any questions. I value the ideas portal for suggesting improvements and the continuous communication with the product development team is comforting. I believe we will continue to use this software for many years to come. The system includes many features we require - CRM, vehicle tracking, job/scheduler management, fieldworker app, and financials. Its seamless integration with other apps like Xero, Outlook, and Google Maps has proven to be very beneficial. Some features, especially invoicing and financials, could be enhanced, but I am aware that BigChange is working on it. There are also some features in the JobWatch app that could be improved for our fieldworkers. We switched to BigChange because our business had outgrown the Verizon Connect/Work platform.

However, the financial reporting aspect of BigChange could use some improvement and we've had to devise some workarounds. We transitioned to BigChange to reduce paper usage and enhance accuracy.       Big Deceptions from Day One with BigChange

      I have had a terrible experience with BigChange. They falsely claim to be a leading player in field service software, but once you sign up, you realize they are far behind. They are quick to lock you into a long-term contract and threaten legal action if you try to leave. We were promised multiple features that would revolutionize our business management, but in reality, we either got nothing, impractical workarounds, or silence. Their chairman is always on social media praising the software, but in reality, he seems to be speaking on a subject he doesn't fully understand, just like their software. We are now consulting our legal team to see how we can get out of this situation. The software is no better than spreadsheets with a vehicle tracker. I strongly advise against using BigChange.

      I was tasked with handling all of the onboarding for BigChange with minimal support. My team was dissatisfied with my decision to use this software and we have since reverted back to our original CRM system, Podio by Citrex, which we find to be a superior product. While the sales representatives were personable and extremely helpful, they often agreed to our queries without ensuring their responses were accurate. Our IT engineer dedicated full time to the installation and onboarding but did not receive the promised support from BigChange. We lost three team members due to a major error caused by the failure to link separate trades within our organization. We were billed for everything and encountered additional costs at every turn. We initially chose BigChange due to a very ordinary sales technique.

      I find BigChange to be a customer-oriented business and the implementation of their Job Watch software was incredibly straightforward due to the extensive training provided. The software has unified many aspects of my company's field service activity, ensuring a smooth experience for clients, office staff, and field engineers. Job Watch is modular and easy to customize to individual businesses. Its implementation immediately increased the speed of detailing and billing field service jobs. My company's cash flow improved due to itemized billing, client sign-off of completed work, and job reports linked to invoices. Job Watch manages all processes related to my company's field service activity, from tracking engineers to delivering accurate invoices, while also reducing time and costs associated with service administration. However, I find the contracts section of the software difficult to customize to our business and on-site engineers lack visibility of set contract levels, so they can't see what works are covered by any agreement. I chose BigChange because it offered a more polished solution that was better suited to integrate into my business.
