      Trustmary has been crucial in enabling us to systematically measure our Net Promoter Score (NPS). We now share these results with all our staff every month, showing the real impact of their hard work. The software is easy to use and we had no problems integrating it into our operations. We managed to incorporate testimonials onto our website within minutes. Although the software does provide some customization options, we would appreciate more. However, in response to our feedback, the vendor assured us that they are constantly adding customization options and have recently introduced a new survey editor for improved customization. They also added a folder structure to surveys for better personalization and management. They have requested our suggestions for any additional features we would like to see.

      I find Trustmary to be a visually pleasing and time-efficient feedback system that is easy to use and implement. Every detail is well thought out and the dashboard is user-friendly, requiring no training. The team behind it is incredibly helpful and great to work with. We initially bought it as a feedback system, but also gained social selling as a bonus. It's quick to deploy, easy to customize and has a wide range of applications such as customer feedback, employee feedback, and training feedback. The only minor issue is that it doesn't save the invitation form when sending the feedback form. However, everything else has worked smoothly. The vendor responded to my feedback, informing me that they support message templates for survey invitations, which can be found in the navigation panel.
