I find SurveyLab to be excellent due to its user-friendly interface, efficient design tool, and multilingual setup. The support, both technical and commercial, is incredibly fast and efficient. I can't think of anything I dislike about it, which would make me a tough customer. Given its cost, it's certainly a top-tier solution. I switched to SurveyLab from Survey Monkey, which was subpar in terms of multilingual support and survey management. I've also used Qualtrics, but it was too expensive for a company with average or low volume.

The platform is robust, offering API integration and strong capabilities for custom surveys. I've had no issues with the platform, though I do hope for some improvements in its aesthetics. An Excellent Standout from Google Forms: MySurveyLab
I was looking for an alternative to Google Forms to set myself apart and MySurveyLab did a fantastic job. I was able to create a 3-question survey in less than 20 minutes, with the option of open- or closed-ended questions. I strongly recommend it for users who are unable to access SurveyMonkey, Google Forms or Typeform due to organization firewalls. It's a standalone software, not part of Google Suite, and is accessible to non-Google account users. The only drawback was that pages took slightly longer to load over the school wifi network, but I'm not certain if that's a bandwidth issue.
