      Supersaas is versatile, flexible, simple, and easy to customize to my needs. It's also very affordable, making it great for small businesses. I was responsible for choosing a booking system for a small company and after testing about 7 or 8 systems, Supersaas was clearly the best. The company has been using it ever since. When I started my own business, I used it again to manage all my meetings and bookings for lectures. Their help desk and customer service are also very effective and helpful. I find the limited color options for each schedule restrictive and I can't merge calendars with different schedules. My clients also can't book multiple classes due to the absence of a shopping basket feature. I think the software should be compatible with other payment systems like World Pay. However, the vendor responded to my review, explaining that I can make the changes I want using the Configuration panel.       Journeying Through Supersaas: A User's Tale

      I'm dissatisfied that my system erased all appointments older than two months and the support was unable to recover them. However, I value its simplicity and the feature that allows my clients to create an account and schedule appointments on their own. I think the design and user interface could be updated to meet 2018 standards. The vendor explained that they can't maintain backups indefinitely due to EU privacy regulations, but they can retrieve data if the deletion happened within the past three months. They responded in October 2018.
