I purchased The Spray Set from Spruce and I'm extremely satisfied with the effectiveness of the products and their pleasant fragrances, particularly the geranium all-purpose spray. I also appreciate the aesthetic design of the refillable bottles. I plan to buy the laundry sheets next. My only suggestion for Spruce would be to create geranium-scented dryer sheets or laundry spray.

Robot Assistance Only, No Human Support
I wanted to continue using Spruce, but I couldn't because it didn't display the caller's ID for my main company numbers. I attempted to port out the numbers I had brought in, but there was no human assistance available, leaving my company numbers stuck with the automated system. I found starting to use Spruce easy and liked its interface. The fax service was efficient and provided feedback. However, to use the phone feature, I needed a cellphone as there was no softphone for laptop/desktop for direct calls. Instead, I had to dial through an intermediary number. The caller's ID wasn't displayed, it showed my own Spruce number instead. The support service was disappointing, with only a robot that didn't provide adequate help. I did manage to chat with a human when I first inquired about the service, but it was time-consuming and I had to deal with the robot first. I chose Spruce because it seemed to be preferred by Health Services Providers.

I have been using Spruce for over a month now and I'm pleased with my decision to switch. The products work well and have a pleasant smell. They have a gentle scent that is not typically associated with cleaning products. I only purchased the refills and used empty bottles I already had at home, and I absolutely love it!

Highly Recommended!
I totally recommend Spruce. The starter kit came with ideal aluminium spray cans and I loved the colour coordination. They will regularly send refill sachets that you just add water to. I was really happy with the cellulose sponges and the fact that I could go aluminium, unlike another company that gives refillable plastic. My bathroom is now plastic free! The floor detergent is a dream.

I can receive calls and texts through Spruce, which is user-friendly and has quick and courteous customer service. My clients can contact me without any problems. However, I find the process of porting a number too lengthy and we've faced several interruptions during the wait. I chose Spruce for its excellent customer service, easy-to-use app, and the ability to connect with my clients. I switched from Google Voice due to their lack of customer service. My phone stopped receiving messages and despite months of trying, we couldn't resolve the issue.

Extremely Satisfied with Spruce!
I am extremely satisfied with these products. They allow me to do household chores, especially cleaning the bathroom, without needing my inhaler. Initially, I was doubtful, but I am glad to have been proven wrong. Everything is exceptionally clean and it easily deals with any spills and stains. Honestly, I only notice the geranium scent of the multi-purpose cleaner. I don't really pick up on the peppermint glass cleaner and eucalyptus scent for the bathroom. However, this doesn't affect the cleaning. I gave it 4 stars only because the delivery by Royal Mail took a while.
