The interface is powerful yet simple, eliminating the need for extensive training for new staff as it's very intuitive. While it may still lack some features compared to other RMM solutions, these are being developed rapidly and there's a clear roadmap. We switched from Kaseya to NinjaRMM due to its ease of use and integrations that revolutionized our RMM usage.

Before using this product, unexpected problems would interrupt our workflow. This software is excellent and crucial for our operations. The reporting tools and detailed information we get on each device is all we need. The ability to update systems with just a few clicks has saved us a lot of time. My only regret is not discovering this product earlier. We chose NinjaOne because they were honest, friendly, and seemed genuinely interested in us as customers. They were also very supportive during the trial period and answered all our questions.

The software is user-friendly and provides numerous ways to monitor behind-the-scenes activities. The only downside, which isn't unique to NinjaOne, is that such products take some time to set up. I chose NinjaOne over GoTo/Join due to its cost-effectiveness and responsiveness. I switched to NinjaOne seeking a comprehensive solution designed to work in unison. I was able to save money and gain more insights from their products compared to the multiple tools I was previously using.

      Excellent Solution for All Management Needs

      I believe NinjaOne is fantastic and their representative has always been supportive. He used to check in every few weeks and was consistently helpful. However, I was transferred to a new representative who has only communicated with me once. If possible, I would request my previous representative back as he was outstanding. I value the cost and features of NinjaOne. Whenever I require assistance, I can contact my representative who aids me in obtaining direct access to support. The interface is still under development and it doesn't integrate with Malwarebytes Endpoint, my preferred endpoint, even though I buy Malwarebytes from Ninja. I switched to NinjaOne because my former software was acquired by ConnectWise and the support deteriorated quickly. I switched to Ninja and haven't looked back.

      Since I started using NinjaOne, everything has been fantastic. The trial and demonstration were impressive, and the explanations provided were clear and helpful. The customer support, forum, and after-sales service have all been top-notch, with a team that is clearly motivated and focused on more than just making a sale. They are willing to invest for the long term. I appreciate how easy it is to use, the speed at which commands are executed, the range of features available, and how well it integrates with our MSP software. The development, customer care, and after-sales service are all praiseworthy. At this point, I can't think of any negatives. There's always room for improvement, but nothing specific comes to mind right now. I chose NinjaOne for its ease of use and its speed in executing tasks or commands. I made the switch to NinjaOne because I was so impressed during the demonstration. I didn't realize it could be so user-friendly while still offering a comprehensive solution. Currently, we still have an active period with Datto, but we no longer use it.

We've had occasional service disruptions to regional instances, but no long-term outages. We chose NinjaOne over its competitors for its reliability, customization options, affordability, integrations, and excellent rapid support.
