Our company's Intranet, which we've affectionately named, has taken on a life and personality of its own. We creatively utilize it to manage processes, people, activities, and notifications. Even on our grumpier days, the support from MyHub is consistently friendly and quick to respond. While technology can be a challenge, they make it more manageable. We value the ability to continuously customize our pages, keeping our employees engaged with the Intranet. We had to learn how to create and manage an Intranet from scratch. MyHub did offer a setup assistance add-on, but we opted to be active participants in the process.

An Excellent Substitute for Email Newsletters
Before, I used to create a weekly interactive email newsletter which was decent but had some drawbacks. It was difficult to locate old news and there was a delay in publishing news. I also used to print phone/photo directories which quickly became outdated due to personnel changes. I had been looking for a solution for a while, but many were too expensive, especially for a small business. Then I discovered MyHub. It was reasonably priced and had the features I needed. It was easy to learn and I could quickly add news articles for my co-workers to read. However, I wish it had more features like a birthday calendar or work anniversary module. We use the regular calendar for this, but it's time-consuming to clear out times and end dates. The cost was a major reason why I chose MyHub.
