      I've found the software, Lodgify, to be incredibly frustrating. It offers the basic functions needed for reservations, guest communication, and payment processing, but only when it's working correctly. I've been compelled to write this review after a week of complaints from potential guests who were unable to make reservations through our website. In some instances, we were unable to respond to booking requests or retrieve contact information because the back end was malfunctioning. Despite numerous help requests, the solutions provided by the support staff were ineffective. Over the three years of using Lodgify, there have been minor improvements, but we've encountered major problems at least once a year. We've decided to stop using the software and wouldn't recommend it to others. It's particularly irritating to see their ads on my social feeds while the product is so flawed. In response to my review, Lodgify apologized for the disappointing experience and the impact on my business. They assured me that my concerns have been forwarded to the support team.

Some features, such as the ability to automate messages timed to a guest's check-in or check-out, are the best I've come across. All my questions have been answered thoroughly and respectfully. I value how simple it is to set up Lodgify. I was able to swiftly and effortlessly create a new website when my previous provider sold the company to a competitor I didn't want to use. The website creation was quick, intuitive, and straightforward. Most things are logically organized, so I don't have to search everywhere to figure things out. Lodgify offers a dashboard that provides me with a quick overview of check-ins or check-outs today, within 7 days, and lists all my actions for the next 30 days. It's simple and visually appealing. However, as Lodgify is a European company, there is a time difference to consider.
