      Overall, I am quite satisfied with the Livesession software. I appreciate their excellent customer support, who are open to feedback and quickly implement new features, making them more attractive than other major competitors. The progress they've made over the year I've been using the service is impressive. The product works better with SPA applications than most competitors. However, it's not 100% reliable. Occasionally, recorded sessions don't play correctly due to style issues, but this happens rarely.

The customer service is exceptional and the pricing is very reasonable. I am a fully satisfied user and will continue to recommend LiveSession to our clients. Although some administrative features are not yet available, the owner of LiveSession quickly provided a temporary solution for us. I chose LiveSession for its excellent customer service, simple user experience, and fair pricing. I switched to LiveSession because the package pricing of our previous service became unreasonable and they showed no consideration for existing clients.

The support team is incredibly responsive and friendly. The software provides quick loading of recordings, flawless recording without any HTML/CSS issues, and custom variables for filtering recordings. It also offers the option to skip recordings with no or minimal clicks, meaning not everything is recorded. I chose LiveSession for its performance and UI/UX. I switched to LiveSession because other tools had problems such as slow loading of recordings, some not loading at all, and numerous HTML/CSS glitches that hindered accurate recording.
